I ordered online for curb pick up. I arrived at store at 845 with pick up time 9pm. I sit in my car waiting on my order. At 2 minutes until 9pm the open sign when off and door was locked. Another customer pulled in walked to door and knocked. She asked to be served and the manger refused. I went to the door and asked for my order at that time I received it. The employees had no intentions of being my order out curb side. They were more worried about closing. The front doors state that they are open until 10 pm and so does the web site. Please change time on door and website or at least place a sign on the door.
I will not visit this location again but to the rudeness of the manger refusing service to a customer that was there before closing time. Also for the fact I ordered curb side and should have not had to lock on the door to receive...
Read moreThe company I work for had them cater for us. It wasn't anything special. They had so much Pico that i might as well have eaten a salad. If the burrito I ate was a beverage it would be water. Just clarify, I'm not complaining. Everybody needs water. I did some over time later in that week and got to eat Barberitos catering again and I happily took the free food. What I found surprising is when i had to park in front of their physical location, while I waited on my old lady to finish getting some stuff from kroger, I saw a decent amount of people willingly going in. I assume they were return customers. As you're local authentic Mexican I wouldn't pay for it, but there is a place Barberitos. I'd say give them a try. I did only have their burrito. They might have some other things on the menu...
Read moreI’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Barberitos. I placed a delivery order, and when it arrived, it was clear that the DoorDasher had eaten out of my food. On top of that, the bowl I received was completely incorrect.
I tried reaching out to the store directly to explain what happened, but instead of being understanding or offering any kind of helpful solution, I felt dismissed. It seemed like they weren’t really listening or trying to understand the situation at all.
I get that delivery issues can sometimes be out of the restaurant’s control, but the way the staff handled my concern made the whole experience worse. A little empathy and accountability would have gone a long way. I’ve always liked Barberitos, but after this, I don’t know if I’ll be ordering again...
