My 16 year old got a job at this establishment two months ago, this was his first job. This business has a two month trial period for their new employees which I understand completely. He received a call from a manager to come in early. When he walked in, he was escorted to the office with nothing said as to why and fired right before his shift that night. He never got complaints or got into trouble, actually he was very well liked by all the employees including the managers. My teen attended work every time he was asked to be there and even came in when he was not supposed to in order to cover for others that did not show up for their shift. In the time he was employed there not only did he stay later than he was scheduled many times (on school nights) but was a dependable and hardworking employee. The managers of this place not one time ever wrote a schedule out in advance but would let you know a day in advance of what the following week would be which destroyed many family and/or friends plans. My teen being the young man he is would choose to go in to work and do the job he was hired to do even if he did not want to. I have heard reviews from other employees how they have done the same things to them as well which tells me they do not appreciate the hard work these employees do for them and they are clearly just expendable to them. Visit this place and you will see that these teens completely run this place, without all our kids they would have no one to fill the customers orders. This review is not about the fact they fired my teen but more about the way they handled it. There was absolutely no tact or caring for the hardwork and long hours put in by an employee. If they feel this way about the workers that help make them money just imagine how they must feel about their "beloved" customers. Read moreThis Little Caesars used to be amazing and clean. The food is still good, but literally day after renovations the place was nasty. The same counter spill down the front side where the customers can see has been there for over a month. The drink cooler is in desperate need of cleaning and has dead flies and dust on the sliding part as does the floor by the machine. After renovations and taking everything out of there, there's no reason for anything to be nasty. There were dirty rugs on the 2 out of 4 chairs for customers and who wants to move those? Not me. Gross. I've given this place so many chances, but they don't seem to make any effort in cleaning.
