So first time eating here I haven’t tried the food yet as I’m concerned to… went in to order was not much seating as was full and go to my car to wait. I go back about 10 minutes or so later to find that someone already left with my order as cashier is telling kitchen to remake it the lady who got my food comes back in…now I have no idea if she opened it and not sure I want to eat…I even mentioned it to the young gentleman about her taking out and possibly having opened it and didn’t seem to care she just left with it…omg never again what a waste of food and it makes me wonder what is going on there...
Read moreWe bought several meals, brought them home and the rice wasn't fried. Tasted dry like someone heated it up with soy sauce and no egg. Called and spoke with someone and told them it tasted badly. The "someone" hung up on me purposely. I called back and the person answered the phone. He said, "can I help you." I said "yes, do you enjoy hanging up on customers?" HE said, "right." Bottom line! This place doesn't really care about the food they serve you and when someone complains they try to avoid the problem, rudely. Gross rice destroyed at least $50...

I paid a little over $30 for Steak & Chicken Hibachi w/ lo mein noodles (instead of fried rice) for an extra $2, a $9.95 order of chicken lo mein (for later), and $3.50 for two eggrolls. The noodles were extremely too soft and almost mushy. The steak was supposed to be cooked medium, but it was well done. In this inflated economy, no one wants to spend that much in food just to be disappointed. It was too expensive to dispose of the meal. It's my last time going here and...
