As a ex employee I don’t recommend eating or leaving your business here! If you want real Mexican food go to the other one. Plus they deep clean their kitchen unlike here. First the owner doesn’t pay his cook good. And we weren’t able to keep tips because the customer didn’t hand it us in our hand directly. Also the person taking your order probably doesn’t wash their hand when running back and forth. I seen Jamie not wash his hand in between helping in front and in the kitchen. Also has asked employees if they could leave school or cancel appts because he needed to rest or helped. I was working multiple jobs and he would always text asking me if I could come in early when that job was my first priority and I was just helping them out after I was done. If you show up late he will reach out to your parents or partner. He only does cleaning when inspection is coming. And he has accused employees of stealing then when’s he does the money check and it added up he doesn’t apologize. He has stolen money from employees money when they left it in their uniforms. I seen him drop a tortilla on the food and still use it to serve it. He is really nosy into his employees life’s and at home has the camera hook up to his tv. Watched 2 employees get backed up with orders and didn’t come help but then got upset when they were struggling. But they are only there to help him not him help them too. This place has a serious issue with the staff. We came to eat here my family and I and they had the order wrong and when we told them that they brought the wrong thing they argued with us and ask that we paid for it. We refuse, when they finally brought the food out after almost a halve an hour later the waitres attitute was horrible. We barely started eating when again she comes out and says out loud we close at 8, and its 8:02 you guys have to go. We dump our food and left we are never coming here to eat again. There pork tamales if you catch them before they are gone are on point. Keep up the great work they are worth every penny. There chicken enchiladas with red sauce need some work as the red sauce itself not so much the rest of it taste like they pour mole over them, so they are a know go.
