Rustic 7 Bakery & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Jefferson

I’ve never had to give a bad review to anyone before, but this place was just not okay. First, when we walked in the employees were having a personal conversation as we were standing there at the register waiting, completely ignoring us. Then when we were finally able to take our order, the employee didn’t give me the time of day and was very short with me. We ordered 3 donuts and an americano. Our “americano” was not made with espresso, it was just house drip coffee and was very cold. Coffee made way earlier that morning I assume. Then once we got home and started to eat our donuts we noticed a fruit fly on our donut, but not just on the donut, the fly was frosted into it. Unfortunately I would not recommend going...

Best baked goodies you'll find in Jefferson and surrounding areas!!! And I know this because people say so everyday!! Absolutely amazing place to go have a cup of delicious coffee, tea, hot cocoa or custom Italian soda and pair it with an amazingly delicious baked good!!! I've tried just about everything from there and it ALL is fantastic!!! Wonderful experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, completely satisfied!! I'd give it more stars if I could!!! If you haven't tried the famous scratch made cinnamon rolls, scones, muffins, donuts and glazes yet you surely are missing out!!! And that's not even a third of the menu there! Amazing breakfast paninis and burritos all...

It was way understaffed however the girl behind the counter had great customer service and was doing her best. The bathrooms were dirty, and out of paper towels there was a puddle of water in the hallway in front of the bathrooms. Pastries were good but nothing special. Coffee was very weak. The breakfast pizza I ordered was obviously raw if that wasnt the case I believe it would have been delicious. They did offer to refund but at that point i was just over the experience and left. They are trying really hard but desperately need more help in order to deliver a good experience...
