Lucky's Sports Grill — Restaurant in Jefferson

At 40 years old I've never left a negative review for anywhere, but this couldn't go unspoken, I ordered food to go, there were 6 people in there at most, guy next to me had his order messed up, paid for things he didn't recieve, I ordered a club no tomato, of course it came with tomato, not a big deal I can pick it off, my alfredo was supposed to come with 2 breaksticks....recieved zero, it seemed to be taking longer than it should have for what I ordered and the amount of people there, turns out the 2 go order sitting on the other end of the bar for 20 minutes was mine, finally after receiving my food all I wanted to do was pay and never visit this dump again, no one behind the bar to take my credit card, finally someone comes up and I try to pay and he said he couldn't do anything with my bill because he wasn't the one who took my order. I and my two son's ate here this evening 6/22/2025. This started off decent as we seated ourselves and our waitress Karina C came to the table shortly after. She got us drinks and took our order. Our food came and our waitress never returned. Our drinks was never refilled and when it came time for our bill we were ignored. Another waitress asked if we were ready to pay? I said yes. She went and told our waitress and we were again ignored. Our food took 45 minutes, other customers who came in after us got their food. My prime rib was not good very chewy. Salad was great, then we were sitting back by where the kitchen is and had the pleasure of listening to the cooks complain and cussing several times and a waitress said they could be heard and again one said he did not care.
