Drivers beware! 40 minute wait for one single burrito bowl.. I understand everyone is understaffed these days, but that is not my issue. The manager or employees decided to serve the entire in store line and even those who continued to walk in before even beginning their online orders. My order was placed at 6:40. They didn't even begin making my order until 7:18, I left at 7:20. My main complaint is that they served 10+ people who just walked in and placed their orders, while all the drivers stood around waiting for 30+ minutes. I should have just got in line and ordered the food for my customer instead, and save myself 30 minutes of standing around assuming they were getting to it. I watched people walk in and order and leave before they began my order. Again, it was literally a single burrito bowl. 40 minutes. To make matters worse I had another order to pick up down the street that was ready and sitting there the entire time, getting cold. I served tables for 3 years, I understand the struggle, but it's clear that this store does not care about the drivers who help their business and do not care about their online customers. Unlike the employees here, drivers do NOT get paid hourly, and we miss out on opportunities while sitting around. I'm only making this post to warn other drivers to avoid this store and possibly the store will take notice and not make future drivers wait for everyone in store to take precedent. It makes no business sense for Qdoba to operate this way. I will not be taking orders from this store during rush for...

Read moreLet me start with the fact that I’ve been to Qdoba 200 times since downloading their most recent app. Customer service used to be really good but it has gotten much worse over the years.
Today I showed up at the Stony Brook location and they had the line blocked off with chairs along with a sign stating they were only accepting online orders. There were at least 4 people in the back so not sure why you couldn’t order normally but I went to my car and ordered using the app for the first time. There were only 40 characters for comments on each item which seems very low for a place built on customizing your entree.
I received an email after ordering that it had been placed. After 15 minutes, I went back inside assuming I wouldn’t receive any notification that my order had been completed. I was right so we quickly checked the food, filled up our drinks and left. I got the food home 5 minutes later to realize we should’ve checked the food more thoroughly. There was no queso in my bowl, way more than the requested amount of salsa I normally get, and the chicken was cold. I ate the food rather than returning to the restaurant since they clearly didn’t want to deal with customers based on their shutting...
