It'll get physical (physical 🎶), leave your sweater in the locker. Activate- it was fun, mini challenges. No game was the same except for a super version of one; and there was enough variety and difficulty that it makes you want to try them over and over. Customer service was great. When there was a game that was malfunctioning, the staff was quick to respond to get it working. The actual place was clean and roomy! The gaming environment uses a futuristic lighting style ala tron and also a robot narrator voice that takes your experience to another level. There is a lot of changing lights, so if one is prone to developing a migraine due to light sensitivity, take precaution. The actual games don't take long to complete so the queue and wait is short enough to not make you want to walk away. The games work with any group size but some benefits bigger or smaller groups better. I thought it was just gonna be all physical but there is a couple of games that require more of a mental concentration than a physical one. The two downsides I've experienced is: 1. Sometimes, you'll encounter a group that wouldn't leave the room in time before your game (too much fun?) so then you're forced to do the game with them still in the room- slightly awkward situations of instant extra group coordination. 2. The instructions for some of the games aren't the clearest- but once you've done it, you get the idea then try again. I could definitely see this as a good team building retreat for companies. A new place, a different offering compared to the usual retro arcade and adult arcade with extra offerings and laser tag found in Louisville.

I have seen activate games in Louisville, but I’ve never had a chance to go. Part of it was the pandemic, I wasn’t comfortable going into spaces where there would be a lot of people. The other part is, I didn’t know a lot about it. Now this is from the folks who bring you breakout games. Those are my absolute favorite escape rooms. They are so well done and so well themed. Knowing that aspect alone, I should’ve honestly made it to activate sooner. So really excited to go in and check it out. We made a reservation and we were able to get there in a timely manner. I’m really glad I read the information to wear active wear and close toed shoes. This was very active. The staff at the front desk were very kind and very helpful. We were able to place our items in a locker and we had a separate wristband for that locker. We also signed in on iPads at the wall. There are 11 different types of activities that you can try and everything is connected to your profile by an RF ID wristband. Now you scan your wristband at each location and then you’re able to start a game. It’s really fun and interactive. Once a game starts, you’ve got a voice that will explain to you what you need to do. We really enjoyed the super grid, the hoops and the trench. It was really excellent and Definitely broke a sweat in some of the activities. 75 minutes went by very quickly, which is also a very good sign. I plan on going again soon, especially since my progress got saved on a keychain!

Great Family Fun- This is a great place for a family fun night, friends' night out. We have been here many times over the last few months. It is a great place to bond, learn teamwork, and have fun. The games really do test your strength and knowledge. We have been there 4 times as a family. This past time was during Christmas holiday, which I understand it being busy, but a bus load of kids had just left, and they really needed to go through all the rooms and check for items left, cleaned the bathrooms, and make sure all games were working properly. The last two times we have been there one always gets shut down, due to some part of it not working. Or it malfunctions while we are trying to play, and it makes us lose that round. I really suggest, they start working in about 10-20 minutes between LARGE parties to make sure their building is up to PAR for the public if they have a party. I was glad they let us in earlier than our time, since we had somewhere to be after our time, but we left 15 minutes before our time was up because it was soooo crowded... we were waiting in a line that was waiting for the next game. THAT IS TOOO crowded. They need to either start HOLDING everyone back and only allowing 12-20 parties/ groups/families go in at a time. It can be very frustrating when you can't play any more than ONE level/round of a game and then have to wait on a group who is waiting on the other people inside playing the game. Even making sure groups/parties/ families only are allowed in to play at their assigned time, no more than 5 minutes before the give time, which would allow for the other parties to have their assigned time and fun. We will be back, but it will definitely be back after the holidays. Hopefully some improvements will be made by then. I really wanted to have my son's birthday party there, but not if it is going to be that crowded... it isn't fun. Maintenace really needs to be done on the games, MAJOR TLC, it won't last long if there isn't something done to a lot of those games that you have you jump, bang, or hit on. Thanks for the great inside...

The experience for my fiance and I was amazing! We are 30 and 26 years old and the work out these games give us was perfect! We will make this our weekly date night because this is much more fun then the gym. I can only imagine how much this business can excell from here.

We were able to reserve our time on their website at no cost till arrival. When we arrived Saturday afternoon, there was no waiting in line. The guy up front was very nice and give us great instructions which wasn't much because everything is simple and to the point.

We were given wrist bands. White bands for gaming and blue for your locker which is included in the $25 Cost. You sign up on their iPad on the wall after putting things in your locker. It's quick and easy and gives you the ability to take pictures at their photo booth and have it sent right to your email at no extra cost (great quality photo).

There is a lobby area you enter into after sign up or after putting your things in your locker. It's dark in there with blue lights all over to give it an awesome vibe for everyone. If you have issuing seeing in the dark, the lobby and entering into rooms are the going to be a challenge but if you have assistance, once your in each room , your eyes will adjust better and you will still definitely enjoy the games.

There are several rooms across the walls. Each room has a check in spot right outside the door. You scan your bracelet and it adds you as a player. You can choose from the games offered and see how.to play before entering. You can also chose your level.

The way the system is, you have the room to yourself and your team. No waiting for your game and if you do it's about a 1 minute wait.

The types of games they have are fun learning games , thinking games, Agility, competitive, and...

The concept of this attraction was absolutely mind blowing! My friends and I had a great time running around and playing all the different kinds of games! Do not worry about loose items, they provide you with a free locker to hold everything so you don’t lose it. Not only is there many different rooms but those rooms also have different game modes and there’s just so much to explore. It’s quite the workout for both the mind and body and it can get really intense, which I like. There was one issue with a room called “Super Grid” and the game was essentially unbeatable due to some mechanical issues, which I think stemmed from people jumping on the floor too hard. However, since there’s so much more to do it really didn’t effect my group at all and we had a blast even without that room. You are entirely independent the whole time but the staff are always happy to help with any questions. Also, after you’re done with your session, when you walk out into the main area with all the rooms there is one really expensive camera that you can use to take pictures of yourself by scanning the wristband you have. The pictures come out fantastic and I honestly love that they have it. Plus, the pictures go straight to your email for you to use and you don’t even have to pay for them! I personally have used a pic with my friend to post on social media because it looks like it was taken by a professional, and I also used another picture for my profile picture. This camera has made my social media image 10x better. I honestly love this place so much and I think very highly of the entire thing. It’s an amazing place for you to go with friends or family but you can’t really go here by yourself so keep that in mind. I’d rate 10...
