McDonald's is normally pretty consistent with their services and their food but this time I was very displeased. For one the shake machine and the frappe machine were both down but no one was trying to clean or fix it and there is a lot of money in that machine and I know McDonald's having the hours they do has the repair immediately type of procedure when it comes to that stuff because time is money and they ain't there giving the stuff away. So I can only assume that the manager, lead, or cashier on duty didn't want to have to clean the machine or keep up with it so they decided to just tell the customers that it was down at the moment. (I know they do that because I used to work there many years ago). But now that I'm in the other side I can say that it is very frustrating I wonder if corporate would be happy if they knew about it, hmmm. Maybe we shall see . But I will say I gotta love the mcdonalds phone app it saves you so much money so they always have a deal where you get something for free!!! Awesome!! GO...
Read moreI must say I had almost written McDonald's off as a company as they were almost always just horrendous with their service and made the whole experience terrible. THIS MCDONALDS HAS CHANGED THAT! I stopped by one morning for breakfast and the health department was doing there annual inspection so my order took a bit longer because they were in the way...the manager Angie gave me a free meal card and apologized for the inconvenience. A few days later I stopped back by and Angie was again working. She remembered me and asked how I was and made me feel very welcome! My order was out and it was amazing. My third visit she is here again and she is just so energetic and polite that I firmly believe she deserves a raise and recognizantion for her hard work. She is what McDonald's is supposed to be! Read moreWORST LOCATION IVE EVER BEEN TO. If you’re looking for quality, don’t come here. Everyone acts like they are being forced to work there at g- -point. You won’t get as much as a smile, a “thank you” or a “have a nice day”. I got cold kids meals and sugar water (asked for a sweet tea, a rare ‘treat’ for me) idk if they are using tea bags twice or cut the amount in half but they said it’s bc there was ice in it….do I look so young that I look like I’ve never had a McD’s tea before? I guess my standards are too high. I didn’t realize making tea was a skilled labor. I probably wouldn’t be as mad had the service been merely decent, but this location needs help. If they can’t do simple tasks, I’m sure they aren’t adamant about cleaning or food safety. Upper management needs to send some secret shoppers and crack down on this location.
