This Jacks apparently has ownership or they had major personnel changes because the service and the food are both much better. It's still in the same building and they need to update and upgrade the inside and the parking lot. But it is cleaner and they seem to be taking better care of what they have to work with. We didn't eat here for about a year because of the issues they had. It is still fast food, it isn't a healthy choice but if you're going to make a fast food choice this location is doing much better and the food isn't nearly as bad as it was. They've added an after 4pm menu and new online deals and rewards. The best thing they make is the ranch dressing. They make it from scratch in house! I've never tasted anything close to it. I wish they sold it by the bottle. They are very generous with what they give you though and you can always ask for extra. Their chicken fingers are definitely better and the sweet tea...

Jacks Breakfast, Love it! This Jacks established is close to I65 exit 219. During the beginning month of spring break through Summer, its completely packed out! I65 is the major interstate that is commuted to get to Orange Beach, Navarre FL, and Panama City Beach FL, etc. This morning there was a huge line. When I got to the speaker to order (waited approx 15mins), in my rear view mirror, the line had extended to the entrance. (No vehicle could turn in). I ordered my food and got 3 combos. I waited another 15mins or so, til I got to the window to pay for my food. The cashier was friendly and had it correct. I waited like 5-8mins for my food to be finished. I observed through the window, the employees hustling and busting butt, no animosity w/ each other- just working together. I got my food and she wished me a great day!
