I've never had a really great experience at this location*. The food is pretty typical for McDonald's, you know what you're getting when eating here. That being said, this location manages to take McDonald's food to a whole new bottom of disappointment and sadness. It isn't necessarily disgusting but it is definitely walking the line. We rarely order food here, sticking mostly to drinks. Yesterday I decided to try the new crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich. As I said before, expectations for this location are always very very very low. McDonald's has reached new depths with this sandwich. It is a real struggle to come up with appropriate adjectives to describe the CCBR. The stuff they call ranch dressing is a lie wrapped inside a filmy dollop of deception, served on a bun of letdown. The "chicken" was less of a lie as it was definitely crispy, a fried over crispy patty of whatever they are calling chicken this month. I could go on but I don't want to. Trust a total stranger and don't eat it.
If management decides to allow people to go inside for pick up, take my advice and skip it. You'll only feel worse.
Stick to drinks, preferably their scalding hot coffee.
*Full disclosure, this McDonald's owes me a little less than $20 for closing early but keeping the money from a mobile order. My low star reviews of their customer service is based on inept management and not necessarily the employees who have no control over...
Read moreI ordered a number 7 (two cheeseburgers ketchup and cheese only, which I had to repeat Multpile times) w/ a dr pepper. Pulled forward to sit in line for a group a teenagers standing at the window for 10+ minutes. Pulled up to the window and handed in a 20 only recieved 5 dollars back. I asked for the receipt, knowing I was shorted change for what I ordered, then was told the printer isnt printing. Then also was handed a water bottle rather than my actual ordered drink. Got home after a very freaking long day, just to open up the bag realize I was charged for items I did not order, and the items I did were made incorrectly. I get if orders were swapped, but we verified at the window. I get being short staffed but not the lack of attentiveness. Even if I had time or energy to have my food fixed, it wouldn't be done without the receipt which as previously mentioned I did not have. The only reason there's more than one star is because I know they're short staffed. But as I have worked in that industry many years, its not that hard to be attentive to people and do your job correctly. I can understand attitude because who really wants to work night shift. But being made to confirm my order MULTIPLE times, and it's still be incorrect is minboggling.
