Coney I-Lander — Restaurant in Jenks

I just had the worst customer service experience here. The food was great and I don’t plan to stop eating here and I usually never leave reviews on anything but I had to for this. I ordered 2 orders of the cheese coneys because if you ask for 1 order they give you two coneys (with me?) Well the cashiers proceeded to get very, very rude and starts saying they don’t sell like that and come individually (even though if you ask for ONE ORDER it comes with TWO) Anyway, I am all for a polite correction, I in fact welcome it. But they were extremely rude and condescending for absolutely no reason. First time to Coney I-Lander. No one greeted us, obviously unfamiliar with store. Ordered three cheese coney's wife ordered a bowl of chili. Coney's were small and tasteless. The bowl of chili was floating with grease. Did not look like chili. Maybe made with finely ground hamburger and refried beans. Bland, bland, bland. With all the grease in the chili could not eat but a couple of small bites. The added onions to the chili seemed to be from reconstituted onions. Most of the food ordered was thrown out. Only real flavor was when hot sauce to a coney. Place was clean, had a nice fish tank, this the only positive note about The Coney I-Lander in Jenks. Don't know how they are...

I guess you can't leave a review without giving at least one star. Pity. Because they deserve NO star. The dive thru was backed up so we went in to place a large order. There was no one in line. We stood there. No one spoke to us. My sister told the lady putting the hot dogs in the buns that we were placing a large order. She just said ok. She used all of the buns on the left side & put another package in so they would start steaming. She opened the right side & it was empty. She put some on that side. Never said a thing to us.
