Rubicon Potato Jenks — Restaurant in Jenks

I'd heard from a neighbor about Rubicon and decided to try it out. I called a little after 5 to verify their hours and was told they close at 8. I tried calling back at 7:48 when I was about 3 blocks away (I'd just got back into Jenks) - no answer. 7:50 I pull up and walk inside behind another customer who picked up an order on the counter. the sign on the front said they were closed, so I asked if they were open. she said yes, but the only meat they had were chicken and hot links. I said that was fine if they had potatoes, she said yes. she then said hang on a second and asked a girl around the corner if they were open. it was 7:51. that girl said no. so she said sorry, we're not taking any new orders, thank you and have a blessed day. she was polite enough, but it was just an awkward experience. like I didn't understand how restaurant hours work or something. so I have no idea how the food is, and I don't plan on going...

I saw pictures of the food here and couldn't tell what I was looking at so obviously I had to have it. First of all, the amount of food they give you is irresponsible. They must be using the world's largest potatoes or something because these boxes are FULL and HEAVY. We should have just shared one! Inside the box is potato mountain topper with tons of barbecue sauce, cheese, and ??? Who knows what else. I got hot links on mine and I'm not sure they added a ton to the experience, there was so much other stuff going on they sorta got lost. The 1/2 potato was good but not great. They're smoked, which is yummy but they put a half a slice of processed white American cheese strips on it instead of actual cheese, and it's absolutely doused in sauce so you can't really taste the meat. We also ordered our food to eat there at the restaurant but while my daughter and I were there waiting, I had to leave the building before I got my food because I was getting flea bitten. I got 8 flea bites inside the restaurant in 20 mins. And to top it off, a child who I think was probably the owners son, was there in the kitchen and walking around the building barefoot, which is a huge health code violation. I don't think...
