The last two times I went, they asked me to pull up to wait for my frappes, like they ALWAYS DO, and that is aggravating. The first time, I sat there over 15 minutes so when I went in, the worker told manager he brought them to me! He straight up lied and manager knew it so she gave them for free but I was mad and late back to work from my 15 minute break. Second time was 2 weeks later, same thing but when I finally realized they must've forgotten about me again, it was almost 15 minutes later and they weren't made and the manager was rude and told someone who was busy to make them while she just stood there, another 8-10 minutes went by so I asked the lazy, rude manager "where are my frappes?" If there not ready by now, I just want my money back. I am extremely late getting back to work and she sarcastically said "she over there wiping them down, she's making them" I am not exaggerating when I say I was there almost 30 minutes!!! I REFUSE to go back Incase that manager is there. She was VERY unprofessional, rude, and offered no sort of damage control. McDonald's needs to stop making customers move up to wait on their order. Put a 3rd window for orders that take longer. It's a very stressful trip to McDonald's almost everytime and so many people say the...

Walking into this McDonald's location in Louisiana felt like stepping into the future. Not only was the restaurant super clean, but the ambiance and service made me feel like I was home. It's a feeling I haven't experienced since I was 11 years old, eagerly anticipating our weekly family trips to McDonald's on the weekends.
The staff here are truly amazing! They go above and beyond to make every customer feel welcomed and valued. Their hospitality brought back memories of those cherished family outings, making me nostalgic in the best possible way.
The food surpassed my expectations - fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. And let's talk about the coffee - simply amazing! It's clear that quality and customer satisfaction are top priorities here.
One highlight of my visit was witnessing their innovative use of a robot for table service. As an engineer, it was an amazing experience to see the robot function without a hitch, efficiently delivering orders and enhancing the overall dining experience.
Overall, my experience at this McDonald's was nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking for a taste of the future with a touch of nostalgia, look no further than this Louisiana McDonald's....
Read moreThe food is decent enough, just like any other McDonald's location. But I really try to avoid coming here when I don't have to..
On the inside the staff is friendly enough, and the service is decent.
But my big issue is with the drive-through. I just get sick and tired of Some of the stuff you have to deal with here. I totally understand them making people pull up and wait who have a big order, or have to wait for French fries or something like that to cook. I've worked fast food before, so I totally understand that they are timed on how long each vehicle are in the drive-through. So there's nothing wrong with that at all.
What I have a problem with is them making people pull up and wait for no reason. Me and my wife have both had bad experiences multiple times, where they had all of our stuff right there at the window and ready to hand it to us. But they still asked us to pull up for no reason.
those extra little lanes that they added to the parking lot. The purpose of those is supposed to be for people to Have a place to wait when there's a legitimate reason for them to. Not to give the employees an excuse to take their Slow sweet time Doing their job. Which is what they seem to actually be used for the vast majority...
