El Patron — Restaurant in Jersey City

Just moved to the are and ordered out here yesterday for the first time.

Food was amazing! I ordered vegan tacos for my husband and pork chop platter for myself. Rice & Beans. Side of tostones and passionfruit juice. Was soooo good. And the little green sauce they give with your meal is such a great kick to the food!

Customer service was amazing, the gentleman helped me and greeted me once I entered through the door. Being in service myself…That’s a big plus for me. He helped me decide what to get by answering all my questions graciously! He also knew what Vegan meant (lol) And packed the bags neatly and orderly, no leaks or spills. He had great energy!

I will definitely be coming back! Maybe to dine in…it’s a cute authentic Mexican vibe going on. Next time I will remember to take pics of my food when I get home….I remembered halfway devoured. Lol so next time. But yes definitely recommend and it seems family owned and I love to support my...

The staff at El Patron are very friendly, courteous and patient. Big smiles and greetings from all staff all the time. The food presentation is excellent as well as delicious and fresh. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. The establishment and staff are always neat and clean. You can also dine in, (causal), and have observed the dining staff to be quite proficient. El Patron gets 5 stars in all areas. I have and still highly recommend El Patron. It's a nice place with great food and a welcoming staff! ...

This place is top for flavor and the portions are generous and the prices are great. I have eaten here quite a few times. The food is always good and the staff is amazing. I only had one lesser experience with the food and that's the Chicken Caesar wrap. It was well presented but the lettuce was not romaine and it was drowning in dressing that looked more like Italian than Cesar. Why still 5 stars? Simple everyone has an off dish sometimes but overall I would definitely recommend this place 10 out...
