It is a lot of earlier than I thought. I arrived at the 1200am for 0800 appointment. You can park on the side of the road. I checked in at 0730. Got a call at 0745. Back to door 12. Lot is huge, even my mom can do the back in for me. Offloading started at 0830. Finished at 0845. I got a green light at 0945. Paid the lumper fee 99.00. Head out at 1007. Not bad honestly.

Stuck here over 8 hours, thought it was just a bad day but returned another day and the same thing, they send you the lumper fee and even after you pay it your still no closer to getting out of here, Pack a lunch because there is no food facility anywhere near…bad place to come deliver too, the Staff are on cruise control…

Great place for drivers. No overnight parking but opens at 5:30am. You can park on the street. Lots of room to maneuver. Forklift fees apply. Friendly staff. When driving, take Burma Rd. then right onto Thomas McGovern Drive.

The worst company in the world, the management is bad their communication is below zero.they're rude and they have very bad attitude.bedore they look on my paper work the guy jumped from his chair he is like you have to wait up to 7 hours. The trucks park in the middle of the yard by docks,theres no control at all.They give doors to the drivers and it's already truck on the door they give. And the other doors are empty they dont know whats going on outside.i went back to the office to ask them to let the truck move on the door they gave me coz its already been done for an hour and a half the guy at the check in office literally told me you have to wait its bot of my business to let him move. Thats would be my first and last time in this...

Instead of complaining, I'll just give some advice. After calling a driver to let them know what door to back into and the price of a lumper, have us give the receiving office the check as soon a we get the money code, authorization code, etc so that when your finished unloading us you can call us and let us know our paperwork is ready. That way we can get in and get out ASAP. As of now in my experience we are to come in on the green light , wait in that confined receiving area for which when I was there, there were up to 15 people stacked up, during a pandemic of all times. Still had to wait to get our lumper fees processed after unloading. Next thing you know, your at this facility for over 4 hours instead of maybe 2. Just be...

If it was zero on the rating scale I would give them a -0. These people who represent Sysco is horrible. They do not respect your time, they attitude is horrible just like there customer service skills. Sysco is multi- billion dollar company they do not have to deal with these people who they got working in there they can hire. These people and the Brokers ( Peach State Brokers), they need another job. WARNING IF YOU GUYS SEE SYSCO ARE PEACH STATE BROKERS ON THE BOARD DO NOT BOOK, THESE PEOPLE DO NOT RESPECT YOUR TIME AND THE PEOPLE WHO REPRESENT THEM NEED ANOTHER JOB BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT HAPPY.
