Not very impressed with this location. Ordered a regular rb/with cheddar, no sauce & curly fries. Who orders fries & doesn't need ketchup? Had to go back for ketchup. Was TOTALLY IGNORED BY THE SERVERS. After saying "EXCUSE ME" 4 times, a young girl turned & said, "what'da ya want? I ask for ketchup. No problem. Got back to the table to realize there was no cheese on my sandwich. Went back up. Ignored again. After the usual wait, she said, "Now what?". I explained there was no cheese on my sandwich. Very smartly she said, you told me you didn't want sauce. I told her I didn't want sauce, but I didn't say anything about cheese. She said, "it's cheese sauce". I asked to have it put on. She did. EDIT: Do not eat here. The management refuses to close the store down despite RAW SEWAGE leaking up through the floor. DO NOT EAT HERE! The employees themselves want to close the store down to fix the issue but management refuses. This is my first ever review of anything. The Chicken club wrap I just had was not worth the money or time it took to eat the two bites that it would have amounted to….Trash can.
