While on hold, I listened to the specials on their outgoing message so that I could quickly order. When the phone was answered, I mentioned one of the specials that I heard but the man on the phone was confused and said he didn't know what I was talking about. I had to repeat myself several times while he got short with me. I gave up and asked him to tell me the specials; at this point, I'm ordering whatever he's familiar with so the order is correct. He held the phone for several seconds without saying a word so I asked for the special again. He then asked me if it was delivery or carryout because delivery was a 2 hour wait. I told him carry out. So...I'm still trying to order and waiting to hear the specials. This conversation is full of "huh" and "um" or "what". I'm trying to figure out why he's the one taking orders. He then snapped and said I was taking too long to order and he had other customers to help. I had to go online. Now I'm beyond furious. It only took long because he didn't know their own specials!! Did I mention I'm sick and trying to order my kids dinner so I can go to bed? I have no intention of spending my money here now and asked for a manager. Guess what? He is the manager. I told him his customer service was unacceptable and hung up. So I'm sick but I drive to the Forest Trail location. I left because the wait for carry out was an hour, but not before getting the manager's name at Eldridge from the confused young lady at that counter. A customer told me Dominoes doesn't care. He complained to corporate on Forest Trail and got a generic apology. He wished me luck with my complaint on Yama or Yami. So I landed at Pizza Hut where they had an awesome pizza, wing, and dessert special for under $25. And... (drumroll) in 15 minutes!! The young lady at the counter at Pizza Hut said it was her first day but guess what? She answered the phone and knew the specials. OMG imagine that!! Everything was delicious and fresh and I spent $40 there because my kids love pizza. Yes I am giving a Pizza Hut review on Dominoes website. Dominoes have great pizza, but they need to be more selective about who they hire and/or let answer the phone. Apparently my 6 year old nephew can work his way up to management. The customer service...
Read moreTonight, on Sat, Jan 6th I came in around / before 7pm and there was 10 employees working in my view.
There was a woman holding a phone but not speaking to anybody but barking orders at the hard workers behind her.
I saw all the people making food. They were busy. But there was at minimum 3 or 4 heads doing jack. Sitting on hold is not working, either.
There was a customer waiting when I came in and I didn't realize he was. I apologized and sat down. After waiting about 5 minutes the phone woman screamed out can someone help these customers and there was someone about to leave and the woman on the phone, as well as three other employees not making food.
At this point both of us just had a pickup and we were still waiting to give our names.
After waiting for a couple more minutes I stood up and counted all the employees in view and started asking why so many people are working and no one can help the customers standing at the register?
The lazy phone lady standing at the register called me rude so I stood up and I called her rude. I clapped my hands and told them to hurry up. I told her she was being rude to the customers because our pickups are getting cold and she's just standing there on hold talking to no one. The chain of events may be jumbled, not sure.
You folks work hard and don't deserve this. This only happens because of lazy employees that get hired and hold a phone to their ear instead of pick up the slack when it's busy. If you worked tonight and handed me my food, thanks. If you were making food, thanks.
But seriously some of ya'll in there are lazy and need to pick...
Read moreThis place is trash!!! I placed an order for delivery with detailed information for the driver. Went to track my order it said it was delivered, NOT, checked my front porch no food. I called the store 4 times and each time someone answered the phone and would hang up. So I had my sister who lives in another state call while I was on my way to the store and they answered the phone. She let them know she had not received her/ my order and the so called manager told her to hold while he contact the driver not knowing I was standing in the store. He did not call the driver and he left my sister on hold for 10 minutes and just when he went to pick up the phone that is when I let him know who I was. I asked him for a refund he said it will take up to 3 business days for me to get my money back. Anthony like I told you I better get my money back!! Then these places wonder why people feel they don't deserve no more than minum wage. Poor customer service here and from reading the other reviews Dominoes may want to look into replacing Anthony cause he is not a good...
