I really love First watch but this location had terrible service. I took my friend out for brunch, she has lupus and never gets to go out because she is always sick or in pain.. We got a pot of coffee but didn't have enough cream. Asked for more cream and it took forever. Went through that pot pretty quickly. Only enough for 3 cups. We waited a long time before anyone took our order. We asked for more coffee when finally getting our order in. We waited a long time and still no coffee or cream.. Kept trying to waive people down, still waiting for coffee and the cream. Finally got coffee and cream , and ordered our food. This place was not full and barely had any customers. The food took forever to get it. Finally when we got our food, my food was missing sausage they said they were cooking it . I also asked for extra lemon curd and that was missing too. Her order was almost completely raw. Absolutely nothing was edible . Had to send hers back and I was still waiting for my sausage and the lemon curd. My pancake was cold at this point. Finally got the lemon curd but still no sausage and still had not gotten her food. I had finished eating my food before she even got hers. Mind you we were waiving down servers the whole time because our waiter never came back except one time . Finally her food came out and she needed more ketchup and wanted more sugar for our coffee. Still waiving down other servers for each thing we needed. Thankfully other servers brought out what we needed because our server was nowhere to be seen. Still her food was not very good but she ate it because we had to wait so long for anything. Finally my sausage showed up after I was done . The service and food was not acceptable so we called for the manager. He apologized and said he would take care of our meal and asked to give them another chance.
On a positive note the lemon pancake was very good and my eggs and sausage was too, but she didnt have anything that was good on her plate. However, the food was taken care of and we didn't have to pay anything. We wanted to leave a tip for the other servers but there were so many that we didn't know who to leave it to. So , I can only give it 2 stars because the service was so bad and only half the meal was good.    Read moreFirst watch â your wallet!! I was traveling through Houston and stopped by here to get some food to go. The avocado toast was good, the potatoes were also good. This rating is not based on the food but on the fact that someone there was able to wirelessly get all of the information from my credit cards and within 20 minutes of leaving the restaurant, every card in my wallet was being ran for unauthorized charges.
$950 at target $78 at the Pizza Hut by the nearby mall, some cashapp charge at a music school, as well as charges from Lyft and Uber. I called management and NO action has been taken they havenât even called me back. The young lady who rang me out may or may not been the person who did it but SOMEHOW someone there was able to use RFID and steal all of my info. Management swears she has had a car for 5 years and the car was there that day, even though the girl looked like she couldnât be more than 20. ( Which tells me she more than likely didnât have a car for 5 years and management is lying to protect someone. ) They have taken ZERO responsibility and have failed to follow up with ANY real response or resolution.
Be careful, and only take in the card that you are paying with there. Protect your wallet and credit / debit card info...
   Read moreI donât recommend going here with groups larger than 4. We checked in on the app with our group as well as called to let them know we were coming. They said it wouldnât be a problem to seat us and to head on over. We were driving from an hour away to meet family. I called about 30 minutes out. The wait time was 15 minutes and on the phone they stated it wouldnât be an issue to seat us when we arrive. Upon arrival they were not prepared not aware that we were coming and stated they didnât check the waitlist nor did who I spoke to on the phone relay the message to the hostess. The manager said âsorry for the bad luckâ and said we could split up (family from all over the country who literally only got to spend two hours for brunch together before moving on) or wait for an hour to an hour and a half for seating. Extremely unfortunate as we enjoyed the food but wonât be returning and would not recommend for group sizes...
