3/30/24 UPDATE/RESPONSE TO OWNER RESPONSE In response to your "owner response", how can you claim there was no coupon mentioned when I literally stated in my review that the girl argued with me about the coupon I wanted to use was only usable on Mondays? For God's sake I even posted pictures of the coupon I was trying to use. Secondly, I neither yelled or cursed at the young lady and I find it both humorous that you or her can recall this exact interaction four entire months after it occurred and then finally respond and try to make me look like the bad guy by falsely claiming I yelled and cursed at her when it fact it was the young lady who was extremely arguementative, rude and unprofessional while she kept screwing up my address and telling me they didn't deliver to me. If your claim that your staff was properly trained, then they would have been made aware of the "monday only" special as well as the existence of a similar coupon to avoid this kind of issue. When a potential customer has to give their address to your phone order taker three times because they keep claiming they don't deliver to you after telling them the coupon mailer that was sent to them has their address on it (again pictures posted show it), then there is definitely an issue. Just attempted to order delivery from this place using the menu that was delivered to my complex. I had to repeat myself three times in giving my address to the young lady on the phone because she told me they didn't deliver to me, that their other location did. I repeated that I'm looking at the menu I received and it had THEIR address as the one to call. After telling her my address for the third time because she kept saying the wrong street number, she finally figured out my location. I then proceeded to tell her I wanted to use the coupon on the menu and I was then told that this coupon was for MONDAYS ONLY which is NOT shown on the coupon I wanted to use, nor the other five coupons attached to the menu. Someone please tell me in the photo of the coupon from their menu where it states MONDAYS ONLY! Wanted to order a large with CB, GB and extra cheese along with an order of cheese sticks too!

I don't know if the person on the phone was just clueless or not properly trained but because of how this call was handled and the attitude I was met with because I kept having to correct her as it was obvious she didn't know anything I decided to just order pizza from somewhere else out of...

Had to come and Change my review. I placed several orders with them. Last order I placed in December I ordered 3 pizzas and only one came correct. One had mushrooms when we asked for none and the other was supposed to be half cheese half pep and that wasn’t the case. I called as soon as the delivery was here and explained and they took down my number and said they would credit me a free pizza the next time I ordered. Well flash forward to today, and I called and they don’t know where my credit is, it’s my words against theirs and when they track customers from Their phone numbers to save address, I give them the correct number and they have it listed under someone named Kelly. Every time we call and order and it’s my husband and his name is Kyle, they put it down as Kelly. I told them that’s the correct person, you always mess up the names but the number I’m providing and calling on- should be associated with my address and account. “Well we don’t have anything written that we are supposed to give you a free pizza for messing it up. “ told me ok I’ll call you back in 5 min about the credit. I hang up, and 30 min passes and no call. I eventually call and she states that she spoke to the owner who said offer 30% off instead of giving me the pizza for free because you all messed up and YOU all promised a free credit for a pizza ! I didn’t ask for it, I ordered and paid $50 my last order, it came it was messed up and incorrect and I called. You all offered to make it right , not me. . I will make sure to not come again, and tell others that you all are shady, run unethical practices and lie to loyal customers. I’ve ordered for over a year here! Since you all opened!

Absolutely delicious! Since trying it months ago we’ve been hooked. We usually go to Tony’s on jones rd but my kids aren’t really a big fan. Charlie’s D pizza on Fallbrook is delicious, always hot even when we go to pick it up and when we got it delivered. Pepperoni Amora and Houston Street is To die for delicious go get it and thank me later! It is up there in price, but the flavor makes me OK to pay that price . We ordered two for delivery today totaling $43 in change and we got another pizza for free. We will not go anywhere...

Order the a "time square" at 5pm, and the estimated time for pick up was 5:30. That's expected for a lot of pizza places. I actually left my house kinda late but I love 6 minutes away so it was fine. Got there at 5:36 and there was two people in front of me either waiting to order or waiting to tell the lady at the front they were there for pick up. I waited in line for 20 minutes just to get in front of the line. Worried that my pizza was going to be cold but I didn't have to worry because when I finally told them I was here for a pick up I was told my pizza wasn't even ready and it would be another 15 minutes. So I said ok and waiting for 20 minutes just for then to give me the wrong size pizza with someone else's name on it that was already getting cold like it was there for a good while. Already frustrated from waiting so long I just take it home and by the time I get there it already cool but I eat it anyway. The pizza was just generic tasting the only good thing I can say was the sauce was pretty sweet.
