Donuts Delights — Restaurant in Texas

If I had the option to place NO STARS, I would. The person that waited on us was rude, abrupt, easily irritated, non-courteous, and unprofessional. She was annoyed with our order and questions regarding their pastry options. Another customer of a different nationality walked in and was greeted with an extremely noticeable pleasantry. I was told to sign the receipt then she walked away to help the 1 other customer. She didn’t give me a receipt, didn’t properly bag my items or thanked me for my business. When I returned to get a copy of my receipt, the person handed me the merchants copy and proceeded to blow her nose. When I mentioned to her about the subpar service she provided, she stated she was sick. My thought was why would you be handling food if you’re sick. I don’t recommend this place based on the biased service provided not once but twice. I would much rather spend my money and contribute to small businesses that actually treat ALL customers with the same RESPECT ! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY...

Alright, I have had way too many negative experiences here in the past. I stopped going to this donut shop about 2 years ago because of bad service and because the food is mediocre at best. The eggs on their croissant sandwiches are insanely salty. However, I decided to give them another shot last week because they’re on my way to work. I figured surely things must’ve turned around. I was so wrong. There’s a younger girl there with the worst attitude! She was rude to the customer in front of me for asking for an extra little paper bag. She was even more rude to me when I asked for the same thing. They shove as much as they can in these small paper bags and I needed to split my order. Mediocre food + bad service = a NO! Just paid $18 for 2 " sausage" cheese "kolaches" with bacon on top, dozen donut holes and 2 chocolate milks!! They use freaking HOTDOGS for their "sausage" kolaches!!! 👎👎 not even the good beef hotdogs!🤢 EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! They are not kolaches they are pigs in a blanket.. .
