Sadly the rude and argumentative Manager Dawan tried to bully me by yelling and carrying on about me deciding to order my food with door dash. He continued to blame me and door dash for my food being cold and my fries under filled and no sauce for almost 30 nuggets. It’s one thing if I would have just ordered for myself but I ordered for my child. My child does not eat cold food it’s the way he is and I was not going to waste the money I just spent on food. It was 40$ for Mc donalds to be conveniently delivered to my door. Yet it’s my fault that my food was cold. It takes around 100 seconds to get from my house from the Mc donalds. Yes I could have definitely gotten up and gone to get the food but who wants to get out after showering. Who wants to load their child into the car and go to Mc donalds? That is the reasoning why I ordered door dash Dawan. He tells me to come back tomorrow with the food that it’s my fault I used door dash okay and how is that going to feed my child that is waiting patiently for his happy meal? Refusing to take care of your customer is beyond disrespectful and is below the standards for a good Manager. It’s not until after 3 minutes of arguing with me that he gets to speak with my dad who is in the back seat with my son. (I’m guessing he didn’t realize I had a man with me.) My dad managed a fast food restaurant for 15 years and knows quality customer service. You do not argue with a customer you rectify the situation. After holding the food it of my car for 4 minutes I’m told this is the only time he will remake my order. This is after my dad told him are you going to sit here and argue with a customer? Dawan replies yes I am she shouldn’t have ordered with door dash next time drive here yourself and get your own food. I let him know I was not leaving until my food was remade because I paid 40 dollars for the food to eat it not let it go to waste. He insisted that I come back tomorrow to let the next manager deal with the problem. He said they would have his back because they know he doesn’t give cold food or food that isn’t all the way full. I then made sure to document my food I received because they heated up the food and gave it back to me well the nuggets for that matter the burgers he had to remake. I know the nuggets were reheated because I tasted one of them and I know I gave him 9 nuggets and that’s what I got back. If you have ever received a Texas food handlers license you know it’s against the law to take back food from a customer it must be thrown away. Why did he take the food from me taking it back into the establishment? knowing that’s not the proper way to handle the Situation. I’m surprised he’s allowed to do this it must be taught behavior. Overall this McDonald’s needs an awakening. If you want great customer service go somewhere else. From the mouth of Dawan “I know customers like you come up here to just complain and get your food remade” if he is disgruntled about remaking food so much just make it right with quality care the first time. Don’t be a rude tough guy when you think you’re talking only to a female. Dawan shouldn’t be a “manager”if he can’t control his mouth and attitude. Re train him or get a better manager. Read moreI just ordered 2 number 3s and I was given a bag of food and my correct drinks.. I drove off and after picking at the fries on the way hm I got home and realized I had the wrong order which was less than half of what I spent on the number 3s. I called and they said my order was waiting that I was given the wrong one. When I got there some Indian looking guy with a gang tattoo on his hand tells me he needs to charge me for the order I took with me and I told him I wasn’t bringing it back because of covid and he laughed and said he’s not giving me the order I already paid for unless I pay for the 4 $99 cent burgers that were in the wrong order given to me.. after arguing with him that they missed up my order and I had to drive back over there he finally handed me my burgers I paid for.. but not without telling me next time I need to check my order before I drive off.. I guess that’s not their job anymore and covid exposure isn’t important.. I’m also guessing the customer isn’t right at this MC Donald’s.. never going there again with that...

When I politely brought it to their attention, the manager named Gusto was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or correcting the mistake, he insisted that the incorrect food I was handed was somehow what I ordered (it wasn’t). Then he told me that if I wanted something else, I’d have to pay again. He had the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered from someone in a restaurant manager position. No accountability, no customer service, just pure disrespect. He acted like I was the problem when all I wanted was the food I actually ordered and paid for. It’s mind-blowing that someone with this kind of attitude is in charge of anything. If this is what McDonald’s calls management, it really says a lot.
