This McDonald's was very disappointing and the manager was very rude and disrespectful.
I ordered my food online via curbside pick up. I waited about 15 minutes. I didn't see anyone bringing my order so I walked in the store to pick it up. I asked the lady in the front about my order and she ignored me and walked away. Then she came back and I asked her again and she said she gave it to someone else and left. So I asked for the manager and he came after 5 minutes of waiting just to ask what my order was. I told him I don't want my food anymore since its already been about 35 minutes since I've ordered it [it was a very small order] and I would like to have my money back. He told me he can't give me my money back and that I'd have to call customer service. I did and it took about 13 minutes of weird questions like what kind of phone I have. After going through all of that, she said I can't give you your refund you have to call your credit card and cancel the order. So I had to wait in total around 50 minutes for a sandwich and some fries that I never received, didn't even get my money back, got some unnecessary attitude and a pointless phone...
Read moreThe food is always consistent....but this particular visit, I ordered from the video order screen for a change. Got my tent number (33) and sat down as the meal was to be delivered to my table...and waited. All the while patrons who came in after me were being served. I sat for another 15 minutes waiting for my number to be called. I finally went to the counter and asked where my order was and she asked if my number was 256 (I think that was the number), I said no, my number is 33, it's right here on the tent! She looked at the receipt on the order and the big numbers was the number 33, however, she was calling the other number on the receipt which is a much smaller number, I asked her why she didn't call 33, and she just said that 256 was the number. Then asked her why wasn't the meal delivered to my table, and she said they were out of trays and they can't deliver bags of food. I asked her if I could get a fresh meal as this one was obviously sitting on the counter for a while, and she said I would have to pay for a new meal. This is not a slam against McDonald's, this is just ridiculous...

I placed the orders through my app for pick-up and the first time around, someone whom I originally had thought was a rude customer came in from outside and stood next to me, reaching over the counter rustling for some sauce packets (the cashier was nowhere to be seen). I then saw him went behind the counter and none of the employees made a noise so I'm guessing he actually worked there? Regardless, that was just super rude.
The second time I came in, I ordered a large fry only to find out that they didn't even fill up the container all the way. It was more like a medium fries placed inside a large container.
I don't expect much from a McDonald's but this was just piss-poor.
Edit: 3 years after I'd written my original review and I came back and ordered another large fry? Guess what? They still don't fill the container all the way. This is probably the franchise owner's way of being poor...
