Taqueria “La Rana” (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Used come here alot b4 moving 2 Katy was my favorite tacos spot but no more. The girl taking orders could barely speak English, she had take a picture of the sign where said a side of rice. I tried telling her over 8 times. And came in a bag wasn't how I got it b4.Then asked if were paying with cash or card which it's a $1.50 extra 2 pay with a card which pretty sure is illegal especially with no sign up saying that. They weren't charging a extra fee b4. I ordered 4 tacos in total 2 were chick on corn other 2 were beef on flour with cheese. I didn't look at the screen cause she repeated 2 ckn on corn&2 beef flour. Ask if fork was in bag said yea lucky I looked b4 pulling off real quick. I was asking she had no clue what I was saying I had do the motion with my hand 2 show like I was eating 2 get 1. Pulled off check bag and had 3 tacos all Beef and then looked at the receipt said all beef even if that was the order was missing a taco. Went back with some1 who spoke Spanish who it seem she still didn't understand. My thing is how are you taking orders if you don't completely understand English. She took what was in bag touching which touching them with her bare hands completely disgusting had nerve but the 2 that were right back in bag like we want eat them. So I said 2 person on phone can just ask 4 a refund she got upset which found funny she understand and could say how much the extra fee was money part she knew. I already wrote a review on yelp but I feel as if it needs to be said in google as well. I came here because a few years back this place was the spot! It was good, and delicious. Now the meat is terrible I had the tacos de pastor and it tasted more like chorizo suelto and the seasoning on it was just not good at all. I couldn’t finish my tacos. My boyfriend had the medium fajita quesadilla and by far that was the best quesadilla. He also had the hot dog with fajita meat and for $4 I would think they would add more meat and be a bit bigger it was almost a MINI size! I'm gonna give this place a break , this was a favorite spot to get tacos and the hot cheetos corn ,but today they drop the ball ,I ordered a champurrado ,it was cold . Mind you I ordered it because of the weather ,not it . Also bring cash when you come here I got charged 3 dollars for paying with my card ,and it doesn't reflect on your receipt they just charge it .
