I went here a couple days ago and the 2 guys that work there were very friendly and made my to Tea and they tasted great. I went back today and the chick they have working there was super rude and unprofessional. I order d 2 LARGE teas and I even pointed to the large cup. When she was about to run my card she said my slushees would be done in a min, I let her know I didn’t order slushees I needed 2 large boba milk teas. Then she turned around at the guy making them and said “ she changed her mind and doesn’t want slushees she wants tea”. I never changed my mind, I said tea from the beginning but she didn’t care to listen. Then my dunks get mad and they were regulars not large. When I told them I ordered large she said well I charged you for regular. And I told her I said more then once I wanted large and I even pointed to it and she said oh well. Probably not the best boba tea in Houston but it's not too bad either. Agree with other reviewers the staff here is friendly. The menu is basic boba milk tea. I choose the royal milk tea. It's wasn't sweet and the boba was soft and not too chewy. I don't think its as good as the one at long coffee, but it's closer to where I live. We have been going to this place to get Boba drinks since forever, and loved it so much we would drive 30 mins to come. In our recent visits the smoothies we order haven't been tasting the same. It seems like they have changed the way they make them and now it tastes just like straight milk. The mango smoothie has no mango.We provided feedback to employees and it hasn't changed.
