Only been here twice, first time was good experience although it was pricey because I left with 2 grocery bags worth of stuff but paid over $220. But I didn't mind to be honest because the man at the register and the meat area gave awesome customer service.
2nd time was very bad. I attempted to order cooked fish priced at 1.50 per slice. I started pointing to the ones I wanted. It was almost closing time and I would be the last customers buying the made fish. I pointed to 4 fishes for the server to bag but then changed my mind and asked the server to switch one of the fish selected for a different one. He got irritated and said I had to buy the fish as selected and that he wouldn't switch it because it's not allowed to select your own fish. I asked for the manager , he said no, because the manager would tell me the same thing. I asked for the manager again , he refused. Another worker walked by and I stopped her and asked her to get the manager. The owner of the shop walked out almost immediately once informed. I tried to explain the issue but she interrupted me and said no they cannot do that. She went further to explain that if I picked all the good fish then no one would buy the other parts of the fish. I went back and forth trying to explain to her that since she priced them 1.50 each i should be able to pick which i wanted. Safe to say she didn't understand that concept. It was a heated arguement and customers shouldn't be forced to buy what they don't want.
I'll not be...

Last night I brought some igusi soup and they ran out of fufu so I asked the server if they will have tomorrow and she said yes come around 2pm at that time the cook walked in and heard us talking and she laughed and said you can come for 12pm , imagine I went in today only to be told I have to buy igusi soup in order to get the fufu, I looked directly at the server from last night and as she noticed me and proceeded to take a bag of fufu for me another server told her NO we only sell it with the soup... look as a black person myself I like supporting my own and I was not looking for a handout because I normally shop there and spend $70_100 at a time but you see the embarrassment i have to face for spending my hard earn money I'll go buy food somewhere else I don't like embarrassment , now I'm sitting here with a $10 bowl of igusi soup with no fufu not...
