Vina Bakery (Vietnamese Sandwich) — Restaurant in Texas

I haven't been there personally to experience the customer service mentioned. I am basing my review on the quality of the food. I had a beef sandwich/sub. To begin with, the bread is almost perfect. The sandwich/sub itslef is really good. I just wish they would stuff it a little more. There's too little in there lol. But the food is good. Definitely will eat from there again. Maybe will go myself this time to see and rate the customer service. Eventhough the reviews makes me wanna send someone for my food lol. Update: 6/7/17- So I went in today. It was empty. Approacjed the guy everyone talks about in the reviews lol. He's not really on the phone. He has a headset on but for what I notice, that's what he uses to tell the cooks the orders. He wasn't rude to me in my visit. He was just like blah. He does seem stressed though and like he'd rather be somewhere else. But; hey who doesn't feel that way while at work? Lol. I've recently moved even FURTHER away from this place. So, for the past few months, I've been attempting to find a place closer to me that makes bahn mi as good as Vina Bakery. I have had no success. Oh, don't get me wrong. There are a lot of places between where i live now and VB that make bahn mi. But, in my opinion, none better. This is a place I am glad I am not living close to because this would probably be all I would eat. And I'm trying to reduce my big back and big back accessories. This place have very poor customer service and dishonesty. I asked him, is your shop take credit card? He said no but the credit card machine is right there. The sign wrote buy 5 sandwiches and get 1 for free. Then I ordered 5 sandwiches but he charged prices for 6 sandwiches. Ok, no problem. When my ordered ready, I opened it and thought maybe there are 7 sandwiches but there only 6 sandwiches total. I asked him, where is my free sandwich? He said it in there but I told there only 6 sandwiches. He told me that he charged me that price because sandwiches prices on the sign is incorrect and plus tax. I suggest that your bakery shop remove the sign of sandwiches price off and put up sign that we do not take...
