UPDATE: 11/19/2022 For the second time on phone order, the representative wanted me to pay more AFTER running my debit card because they made a mistake. Today was really strange! I paid $42+ for a small Spinach Feta Pizza, a medium Meatsaria (meat lovers) Pizza and one order of Lava Cakes.
Then after ten minutes or so, they called back saying instead of the Spinach Feta ($14+) they had rung up a small Cheese Pizza ($12+) and I needed to pay a difference of $10 PLUS tax. When I questioned the price of the Spinach Feta, she dropped the difference to only $8+ or a total of a total of $52+ (her math). I asked why she wanted to charge me over $20 (the cheese pizza ($12) that I had already paid for and then the additional $10 or $8 plus taxes)for a small pizza which led to her talking in circles. After speaking to the manager who agreed with the representative's math, I canceled the order because the amount just didn't make sense!!!

Read moreExtremely disappointed with my experience tonight. My boyfriend called in two pizzas for us, and I went to pick them up. When I walked in the door there were two people ahead of me..the first guy got his order and left, then the phone rang and instead of the cashier telling the person on the phone to please wait, the other customer and myself had to wait for her to talk to TWO different calls and place their order. Finally a driver helped the other customer and once he left with his order i stood there another few minutes without being acknowledged. The manager finally came up to deal with a customer on the phone and he asked me if I'd been helped and I said no not even looked at and the cashier was shocked I was even standing there. She then proceeded to tell me our order wasn't in the system and was a sure we called the right place. She asked what the order was and said they didn't have anything like that..another employee started asking me the same thing and they started looking and I said I had the phone number it was ordered under and he acted like he couldn't look it up that way?? I finally got our order and left. I didn't know what my boyfriend had ordered for himself and I didn't check mine..once home however, we see this deep dish was actually a normal pizza and just placed in a deep dish box..I was supposed to have a supreme with no sausage, add pineapple..I had pineapple AND sausage and extra garlic sauce on the crust that was supposed to go on the deep dish...just a horribly run place and employees that don't know what...
Read moreAfter ordering online, the order went to the wrong address (understandable, considering our apartment complex is super difficult to navigate). We were not mad at all, as we understand things happen. After calling to let them know it was delivered to the wrong address, they instantly started making my exact order to be redelivered to the correct address (again, no fault of the driver). Joshua from store #7 in Johnson City absolutely deserves a raise!! I unfortunately don’t know his last name in case more than one Joshua works here. He delivered both orders promptly. He even apologized for the mistake, which was our mistake, not his! Again, our apartment complex is confusing, as we even have a hard time finding apartment numbers after living here for over a year. He was incredibly sweet and seemed excited to be at work, which is rare! He absolutely embodies a great and well-rounded employee.
