My go-to order when I occasionally stop before class is the small chili burger with cheese and a double jr. pal with cheese... my two favorite menu items, despite occasionally having the long standing local legend and fan favorite- The Big Pal, which I get if I don’t eat before class (cause before class I don’t usually have that big of an appetite and I just eat about half of each of the smaller burgers cause I can never decide between just one).
Service: AWESOME! You’ll be out quicker than you got in! Food: OUTSTANDING! Best fast food burger. Period. Price: VERY VERY VERY AFFORDABLE! You’ll almost never spend more than $5-8 for a single person. Food Portions: PLENTY ENOUGH! It’s almost like you’re cheating the system. It feels like you’re getting more than you paid for. It’s like when you were in high school and your buddy in a drive through of Zaxbys gives you a free cookie or brownie, it’s that same feeling except you aren’t getting anything free, the price and portions are just that good!
P.S. To Whom This May Concern,
I am graduating college here pretty soon and gonna have to go back home to Chattanooga, TN. It would be GREATLY appreciated if you considered opening a location there or somewhere closer than Johnson City. Chattanooga is after-all, a tourist city and one of the fastest growing, you’ll make your moneys worth. Please and thank you (:

Read moreOh, my gawd! The burger I had was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time from a fast food restaurant! I was not disappointed at all. The meat was seasoned well and those patties were a good size. The double Big Pal just puts the poor pathetic Big Mac and Whopper to shame! It will fill you up! If you have a big appetite that is the way to go but if you don't you should go the regular Big Pal route. The Frenchie fries were awesome. The seasoned salt is a nice touch. The only issue I had was that the lady forgot my straw for my large Peachie Tea! I ran back to the window and she gave me one with no issues. And yes, the tea was good! Overall good experience at Pal's! I will be eating there again when I am back in the Tri-Cities area! And another thing, why aren't they everywhere?!?!? They really should think about expanding into other areas and states. I think a Pal's would do well no matter the city or town! Just...
Read moreI grew up with Pal's but my husband had never had the pleasure of having their cheddar rounds, burgers, or french fries. I took him there when we visited my home state. He enjoyed the food! I was a little saddened by the fact that the seasoning on the fries wasn't as good as it was when I was growing up. There wasn't enough of it on the fries. They used to load those suckers up, and man was it delicious. I told my husband they were so good that he wouldn't need dipping sauce. That want true on our first visit. We hit Pal's before going back to the West coast. The second order had a decent amount of season salt and proved my point of "You haven't had good fries until you've tried...
