10 out of 5 stars. Let me tell you about the first time I seen Heaven and God. As I pulled up to the window of the drive thru I was greeted by one of God's angels with a smile on her face. She hello may I take your order. I said burger and fries. She reply ok sir please drive around. Keep in mind this building looks smaller than most restrooms. I drove around this other angel said that will be $4.50. I gave him my card he swiped it within a matter of 2 seconds he gave me the card back with a smile and my food. I was trying to look around him to see how in the heck did they make my food so fast. It was so freaking fast. Like seriously only 3 things I know that are that Sonic the hedgehog ( super sonic mode ), the Flash, and God. I knew it couldn't be the first 2 things because they're non fiction characters. So I accepted religion and I drove to the parking lot to eat beside it. Grab my fries out first spilling a couple in the bag so you already know the spilled ones get eaten first. When I took that bite.... Oh sweet baby Jesus I had the most amazing thing on this planet. It took me back as a baby when I first tasted what milk was like for the first time. It was the best thing that happen to me since I could breathe. I took a bite of the burger and it took me back even farther. I meet God and saw heaven. The food is so good I literally went back spent well over $65 worth of it. I drove around and the guy said that will be $67.23. I hand him my card....what he did next ( I could have slapped the living fire out of my momma and dead grandma ) he smiled and handed me 7 bags and said have a great day. Everything I ordered was hot and fresh. On everything I love that doesn't make sense. Laws of Gravity is completely undermined here. Physics is out the window with the hot food. What I have to say is this is the BEST food...
Read moreThe staff are willing to help and assit in anyway they can and are very fast! I like how the entire mentality of the company hasn't changed since opeming the first Pal's so many years ago. I recall what a psychology professor taught me while taking his class at a community college. He had went to one of their educational speeches, perhaps even on our own campus. He said they don't like change or do they hire those who implore that type of dream. It's true! A friend of mine who is a visionary attempted to apply with the Pal's franchise. It didn't go well for her at all. This isn't to say that's bad, for it has worked all this time. Why fix a non broken thing? One simply shouldn't and leave things as is. Anyway, I appreciate those employees at this particular Pal's who go the extra mile to provide top of the line sevice with a smile, each and every time we visit. Thanks to the excellent management staff who work well to make things operate smoothly there. Cheers...
Read moreUsually a great stop on lunch. Today was awful though. Waited in line for almost 10 mins to place my order which wouldn't have bothered me but the blonde at the window was rude and disregarded me talking. Then sat there for 15 more mins waiting to get through the line that wasn't moving, and didn't even get my food or I whave been late from my lunch break. Combined with the rudeness I was very disappointed. If your having issues in the kitchen to where you get that backed up you might consider letting the customers know about how long it would take to catch up. I worked for pals for the better part of 4 years and that's how we did it to avoid this very thing.. I hate to rant but that blonde cashier really bothered me being rude. I honestly probably won't order there again if she's...
