So found a hair in our food. Pulled from under the cheese. Called store 1st time was hung up on. 2end time was Extremely rude abrasive and told me staright up would not give me corporate number or any help at all. (I have Straight blonde hair, it's not mine.) Over all apauled . I talked to "Curtis" and he was apparently a manager was very rude. I called Corporate because I had to find the number on my own. I might just call the health inspector.

Definitely the worst experience I’ve had with Pizza Hut. Pizza wasn’t done. Paid for several sauces that they didn’t bring with the pizza. Called to tell them they forgot all the sauces and the guy said they were “out” of marinara sauce. Not my problem considering I had paid for it already. The guy did end up bringing me ranch and garlic sauce. Overall a terrible experience. This was our first time ordering from this location and will definitely be the last.

UPDATE: Today a guy named Curtis (assuming he’s the manager) contacted my husband and replaced our order. The food we received tonight was much better! Excellent customer service today. Thank you for reaching out and...

Called to order 4 pizzas for a family party at 1. Said the pizzas would be ready by 12. We get there to get our pizzas and the guy at the counter said there was no order for us even though the lady on the phone said they would be ready. The guy at the counter was a bit rude and explained they have a call center that you talk to and then the store is “supposed” to get the order but didn’t. So what is the point in a call center. Think twice before you order! The "Big New Yorker" was very disappointing! Nothing like what is shown on the commercial. 4 or 5 pieces of pepperoni per slice at best. Have not had Pizza Hut in years, in no hurry to go back after this! Sent same message to the main office and all they did was "thank me for my comments".
