The two Deluxe 12" Subway Club subs were really nicely made and pretty delicious, the two 12" was made by the woman employee that was there she did pretty good but wasn't to friendly and seemed like she was annoyed and in dire need to rush us. On the other hand the three 6" subs we ordered before leaving were made by the man, and were not to good and didn't even have enough meat to cover the length of the bread on all three of the 6 " subs. Plus I have really good memory and I could of swore I seen a Subway commercial that introduced adding avocadoes to your sub for a small extra charge but when I asked they immediately denied having avocadoes at all and didn't bother checking to see.. I went about 7 pm on date 11/24/18, so it was the night shift I'm presumed. The woman and the man that was there actually acted a little high and out of it, wasn't very friendly and the guy even agreed when my boyfriend mentioned something to him about him being high.. Both the man and the woman had absolutely no hairnet to protect any hair from falling in the food and no gloves I think either. Neither of them was wearing any type of Subway uniform or hats and she was wearing a immature hot pink hoodie. I could of swore they were just plain out customers themselves. They had very very loud immature rap music blasting music in the store as well. She gave pretty good service and sandwich making but that guy, when he pretty much agreed he was high, it really baffled me. Read moreWalked in to get a sandwich before work. The manager (I assume) was sitting at a table on her phone and immediately yelled at an employee to ignore me and finish his job. I understood why, but it was in such a harsh way that it was very unpleasant to hear. Another employee came out and started my order for me but he kept looking over his shoulder at her. She continued to glare at them and it made me incredibly uncomfortable. The employees seemed scared of her. This was incredibly inappropriate of a manager to do. Treating your employees like trash in front of customers is not something that should be tolerated or normalized. I used to love this location because it is so close to campus but I will not be going to it because she made me so uncomfortable. I am not one to normally one to leave google reviews but I hope she sees this. These employees do not deserve to be treated like this especially in front of customers. They might not be the best employees ever but they do not deserve to be treated like...
Read moreLet me just say complaining on businesses isn't my thing but I was irritated enough today to remind myself to leave a review this evening. The girls that were working today seem super miserable. Never a friendly greeting but more of an awkward vibe they put off as if we are inconveniencing them. I dont get it, I just wanted food. Also was charged double for most of my side items because the girl didn't ring them up as meals but separately. Totally defeats the purpose of low prices when a cashier can't ring up your things properly. We were overcharged by about $5 when we went to the car and added it all up ourselves. We didn't complain because it honestly seemed that it'd be a bigger complication and even longer process that would haul our lovely day...so enjoy the extra free money Subway and please tell your employees to be happy.
