Subway — Restaurant in Johnson City

The old lady there named Tonya is rude. I ordered my food Friday afternoon online and due to an emergency they closed so my order was not made. I called Saturday and spoke to Ashley she said my order was going to be refunded. Waited 4 days no refund so that’s when I went in person and when Tonya just caught an attitude for no reason. She wouldn’t even let me speak and was rolling her eyes as if it was my fault they had to close the day my order was canceled. She said she couldn’t do anything to call them. Call who????? She didn’t tell me who or offer a number to call. As I was leaving the store she was still trying to go back and forward with me. I have called my bank to file a claim and contacted corporate with a review on this...

Whenever I go to this location, my sandwich tastes the same as any other location, but talk about toxic work environment. Everybody I’ve come into contact with who works there is unprofessional and dysfunctional. Everyone complains about everyone else, especially the men about the women and the women about the men. The way the woman who I assume is the manager speaks to her employees just blows my mind. Extremely dismissive and disrespectful. Every time I’ve been there the employees are airing out their dirty laundry right in front of me. I am a local resident and have frequently patronized Subway. Any organization is as good as it's leadership and that brings me to the unprofessional, rude, biased customer service of this establishment's general manager. I asked her for her boss's name and she told me I would have to find that out myself. I hope the owner of the establishment reads customer reviews. Not only is the customer service substandard, the establishment is dirty and lacks appropriate food handling protocol.
