I gave 1 star to this Dairy Queen location because it was the filthiest restaurant I've been to in a long, long time! The burger I had was very good, my wife's chicken sandwich was also good, but our fries were old, and not warm. Fountain beverages were good, but the fountain area, as well as the floor, were gross. Men's room had a roll of paper towels sitting on the counter by the sink, trash cans were overflowing onto the floor, and the toilet paper holder was missing so the tp was just sitting on the floor. I'll be passing by this DQ in the future and try the one in Blanco. Positive note... staff was friendly and burger was good....

Was on the way to taste some wine and wanted a quick burger. 1 hunger buster meal and 1 burger were ordered ended up being charged for a fry that wasn’t ordered. The climax of the experience was unveiling the kid-sized burger that Dairy Queen markets as a hunger buster these days. A lil shrinkflation for ya. Staff were super nice in the drive through but the food was also not very hot and the fries were def not hot and we were the only ones there. $17 for trash i could barely eat and my partner threw away. Picture included for burger size reference.

I asked for a burger, plain & dry, and they provided the burger all the way. By the time I realized the error, it was too late to go back.. and my kids would not eat it. I called them about the error and left my number, but I never received a call back. Also, the jalitos (jalapeño slices) were kinda disappointing (pictured).. and their bathroom had a roach in it, which was gross. We just didn’t have a great experience.

Oh so slow. This place. This place is just so slow. I was 2nd in line to a guy who sat there for 10 min not hearing a thing, he leaves. No surprise. I pull up and call the store, a woman I assume to be a manager informs me that she "was headed out the door but she'd let the girl know her battery was dead". Cool. Wait 5 more minutes. Ok I'm just gonna pull around to the window and order. I pull up and the young lady working the drive thru line slowly walks up to the window and kind of waits to see what I want. I ask her if she knows her drive thru isn't working to which she helpfully admitted to. I tell her I'm just going to order here and I get a "what do you want". I'm a patient person. I put in my order to only be told that the store was out of lettuce. I say no problem. I wait some more, get my food and leave. when I get home to eat this long awaited burger: it's just meat and cheese....

I ordered a strawberry shortcake blizzard that had maybe 3 strawberries and a squirt of strawberry syrup and maybe one or two pieces of cheesecake in it the whole bottom half was just vanilla ice cream I paid for a blizzard but got a cup of ice cream. The excuse was there was only 2 people working and I ordered a pup cup too which she forgot but got for me when I mentioned it. I know it’s hard to get people to work and they pay pretty good wages but this is a very very busy Dairy Queen they should be over scheduling people instead of short staffing and hoping for the best. The lady waiting on me was trying to stay pleasant but you could tell she is wore out and frustrated she obviously needs more staff you’re gonna lose her if you don’t take care of her better. Great manager on 3/12/25 but get that lady some help!! She can’t keep going...

The fries were disgusting! And they put WAY too much ketchup and mustard on my children's hamburgers so that the bun was soggy and gross. Also, I asked for one child's hamburger to not have ketchup or mustard and they handed me that bag first and said, "this has the special hamburger" and they STILL messed it up and put ketchup on it. Thank goodness I was only 30 seconds down the street when my daughter noticed. But seriously, what a mess the food was. On the other hand, staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a different experience a few days before that. It was my first time visiting the location and I only ordered 2 plain vanilla ice cream cones. The staff was friendly and polite and even though I ordered small cones, they were HUGE! My daughter was so happy! The staff were...
