I went in to just pick up a side of fried rice, Ledia informed me I couldn’t use me card because it didn’t reach the $5 minimum, told her I’ve been there at least 3-4 times/ week for the last few weeks to just get exactly that, never was denied. Asked her if she could make an exception this one time, she said no, and just said I couldn’t get it. She Was very rude and it’s very disappointing that they don’t have the same rules across the board for all employees, or they probably do, but they definitely aren’t trained very well. I called back and spoke to the manager, Van, he said he would post something about so that this wouldn’t happen to someone else. 20 minutes after being on the phone with him, and I was already home, he offered I could come back and pay for it, but definitely didn’t do anything to try and correct this situation. It really sucks because their food is great, but the customer service...
Read moreI am very disappointed in this China Cafe. I will never go back here again. I don’t do reviews but I feel that this one is necessary. Then continues to say that they are unable to refund our money due to the food already being done. Which there is no way since we ordered a $50 worth of food in a matter of seconds. Yes it is a mistake from my hometown website but also there is no reason to disrespect a customer. I’m very disappointed and hope they are not rude to any other client. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone! I rate...

I will say it is close, but not exactly there yet; but they are better than anyone in Iowa I have tried, (And I have tried a lot! Ha). Ok, here we go; this place is very nice, clean, service was very good (and always smiling). The food was Hot, fresh, generous portions, and delicious. This is my new spot for Chinese food, for...
