Hy-Vee Market Grille — Restaurant in Johnston

My first time here I came with my fiance. No one greeted or seated us so we sat ourselves, we thought maybe that was the expectation but didn't see any signs indicating either way. We waited almost 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge us and give us menus. She was great and the food was good, but my hash browns were unpleasantly salty. After they took the payment, when the driver shows up we get a call that they could not complete our order. Pretty unprofessional that the order had been placed at least 30 minutes before we got a call. And then we got a 2nd call saying they are remaking the entire order.
