McDonald's — Restaurant in Johnston

My mom & I stopped in for a quick lunch. I had not eaten inside a McDonald's in years.

The manager waited on us. She was very distracted and was trying to do too many things at once. We had to order three or four times before she got it. She needs to focus on customers in the store and less on other tasks.

The food was freshly made. We had to wait for it. The fries has zero salt. The sandwich was ok.

The ice machine at the drink station would not even give a half a cup of ice. We tried both places. Considering it was 11AM, this was not an impressive start for lunch. They were not prepared at all.

There was one employee with a hose spraying the driveway down. Since we can't mow lawns and are suppose to limit showers & such, I think this probably breaks the current order in place. The employees inside should have been able to handle the amount of customers there but that employee's time would have been better spent helping inside.

It was a little disappointing but otherwise not impressive...

When ordering the lady taking my order in the drive through was very short with me. She never gave me my total. I drove up to the first window and an older gray haired lady was standingand chatting with another employee. She finally came to the window and said nothing. Took my card and again not offering me a total. She handed back my card and closed the window. Moving on to the second window a young guy maybe 16 opened the window and handed me my drink and said here ya go and closed the window. He came back a minute later and said there will be a wait on your food pull to number 1 and shut the window. My food came out about 5 minutes later and another guy handed me my food and turned to walk away. If I had not said Thank you very loudly, he would not have said it either. Very poor customer service. 1 out of 3 employee I delt with said Thank you and it was only because I said it...

I walked into McDonalds in the morning seeking breakfast and used the screen to order as I do not want to waste the workers time picking an item in front of them. The worker asked if she'd like to take the order up front and I simply said no thank you. I was trying to order the steak biscuit with bacon but the option wasn't there, so I had to ask her directly. When I came up to her to order, she was rather bothered by me doing this, complaining to me that I should've came up to her in the 1st place. I ignored the comment and proceeded with the order but she then added a steak biscuit with another order of a biscuit with bacon and cheese, doubling the price of my order which was not supposed to happen. I didn't want to pay for that, so I told her I solely want biscuit with bacon and cheese and she gave up on me immediately. I took my leave with...
