Old Franco's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Johnstown

I called this place at 7:24pm placed an order for delivery we hung up at 7:29 and she said it will be 30-35 mins. Cool. 8:24 pm still no pizza I called the place back and she said she was going to call the delivery driver see where he is and if he’s 5 mins out she will call me back. Needless to say no call back, and pizza was never delivered your and they close at 9. So I try 11 times to call the place back and I’m Getting a busy signal for 25 Mins and I end up driving over there and arrive at 8:52 ( which took me approximately 8 mins from My house to Francos) and asked where my order was and what the hold up was and she had no answer for anything. She just said she will remake the pizza and it’s on her. My thing is customer service! Aren’t the orders supposed to be delivered in the other they were placed? Why after an hour and 32 mins my delivery was never delivered? What is your delivery driving doing ? At that point who wants a pizza that’s been riding around that long ? Idk what he has done to it. Idk if it’s cold or not. I was so mad bc the timing doesn’t match up I won’t be ordering from here again we’ll if you do make sure ya pick up and not get delivery it will...

I love going here to eat. They have great fresh hand made pizzas and the bread for their sandwiches is Soo good. The staff is very friendly and nice. Service is quick . The owner well she is the best. Every morning she makes me coffee and keeps special flavor creamer just for me. She even trained her staff on how to make my coffee so it's made correct every time. I love that you can tell her one time that you like it dislike something and she Never forget. I don't even look at a menu any more I just let her choose my lunch for me because I know what ever she makes me is going...

Made a delivery order after the dinner rush started and still got my food in a reasonable time. Tasty as always. My youngest kid wanted shrimp, but my husband is allergic to seafood, so we made sure to tell Francos that we needed the shrimp separated from the other food somehow to avoid cross contamination. They put the styrofoam container of shrimp in a paper bag that they stapled shut and drew a face with X'd out eyes on it, then put the paper bag into a tied shut plastic bag. 20/10 for taking the allergy super seriously, would definitely recommend to folks with food...
