I ordered a plain cheeseburger and a Diet Coke. I waited in a long line before I got my order in the order taker who was a female manager was rather rude when taking the order. The young man taking my money was extremely nice though. I had to wait for the manager to sweep and pick up the drive-thru area before I could get to the window to pick up my order. I got my order and because there was so many cars behind me I drove away quickly. I took a sip of my drink and it was not Diet Coke. I looked in the bag and my sandwich had everything on it instead of just cheese only. So I went back through the drive-thru and told them on the speaker what happened. I got up to the window and I was given the correct drink after about four minutes of waiting at the window again. I set there for another 2 to 3 minutes and the man at the window asked me if I could pull up to wait for the order. I waited another 12 minutes for my cheeseburger and it still wasn't to me. So I called the number on the receipt and ask the manager when my sandwich was going to be delivered to me. He said it was on its way. I waited another 3 minutes and he came out with my sandwich and an order fries, which I I did not want and mumbled something about the female manager which I did not understand. So my experience was terrible. If I didn't have to I wouldn't even give it one star. McDonald's used to give out little cards when something like this happened and you could get a free sandwich or fries or whatever. Read moreUsually have a decent time here, im also one who doesn't even expect the staff to be nice, just not rude. A blond dyed Hispanic lady was apparently already agitated (as many know, busy times brings stress of course), and was immediately hostile to me and asked if I even paid my meal in the back or not, which I didn't even understand since I literally had the receipt in hand..so I asked her "sorry, what?" Then she rolls hers eyes, and then just shoves the food in my direction and says grab it and rolls her eyes again, mind you, I only had a coke and a mchicken.. you would think im not adding too much to the traffic but guess not. My dog was in the back and she adds in the comment, "I don't want your dog to touch me" and rolls her eyes again.. I barely said 3 words and all that was exchanged, you would also think that her just shoving the bag of food and closing the window immediately might be a problem since they didn't even check what food they gave me, could've been someone else order. The comment of my dog is honestly what even made me write the first negative review of anything in a while for me haha. Never been so irked by such a minor and petty altercation but I can't help it. Will keep going to said location but if I see her again I'm going to be confrontational due to me not even getting any words in the last time haha. They do not care about mobile orders. (*whether I use grubhub or instacart)
I never have problems when I walk in in-person. Especially in the morning, they seem like nice people, so thats why I kept trying more orders, but now I am done.
What I receive is ridiculous & my orders are in the evening, (when I get home from work) so I guess they just do whatever they want.
Today: Missing 40 nuggets, Missing 2 Happy Meal toys (Pokémon), melted Shamrock shakes (2), No straws, & no condiments on child's burgers.
This happened before: My large lemonade was water, no ice, no straw. Missing 20pc nuggets.
Other order: 3 Happy Meals no toy (Sanrio). No sauces on 20pc nuggets. 2 Large Sprites were water, no ice, no straws.
Gotta request another refund. :(
