Need to be more accommodating and understanding/knowledgeable about the app and point system etc. There was some sort of glitch on either their system or on my end with the app I gave the correct code for free fries with $3 purchase and the woman tells me it Didn't go through for free Fry's it only gave me points to my account. And I told her no I'm looking at my phone right now. It clearly says it's for the fries. I even took a screenshot of it. I never exited the page. You can see clearly that it is for the fries deal. I even came around to the window to show her, and she can clearly see an understand that that's what the code is for but she just keeps shouting at me that no, it didn't work and it won't give me a new code Because I already used the code that confirmed and went through. And she keeps on telling me that she Can't do anything or doesn't know what to do. And I'm just like I'm not the one that works here you are. You need to figure it out because you understand what happened. This is probably the worst McDonald's I've dealt with in that category. Went for breakfast 08/15/24 and the lady at the first window was wonderful. Very polite and friendly. The lady at the second window unfortunately was the complete opposite. Very rude almost to the point where she made me feel like I was annoying her. I was missing two hash browns and I told her that after she handed me my food. She then asks for the bag back (which was odd), but I gave her the bag with the receipt. She put one hash brown in there. I didn't realize I was still missing one until I drove out of the parking lot. So I had to turn around again and go through the process again, only to deal with the same rude, poor attitude at the last window. Read moreThe sign says open 24 hours. I leave for work between 4am and 4:30. The majority of the time they re closed. They use several excuses from the cook left early or they are updating registers. I have no problem with them not being open 24 hours, but if they aren't open 24 hours take the sign down and don't turn on the drive thru menu board. I am adding to this review. I have to say this is the worst mcdonald's I've ever been to. My wife wanted a big breakfast with hot cakes, so I drove there at 7:50 am and went to the drive thru placed my order than pulled up to the first window and paid, than drove to the second window to pick up my order. After about 2 minutes I was asked to pull up After I pulled up 5 over customers came thru and received their orders and left.
