I’m an every other day customer! I’ve always had good experiences.. well today I came in and went to the window to give them my medical card and was given smiles.. the officer even explained an answer to a question I had amazingly. I got back to the room and the lady immediately gave me a nasty look and reached (with irritation) for my medical card while I didn’t even have it out again yet. I realized I had left my debit card in the truck so i ran out and got it.. 30 seconds max.. that same nice officer then opened the door for me to come back in cause I had also informed him I left my debit card in the truck. She asked me what I wanted and I had said what I wanted and she the acted as if I had no idea what I was talking about and gave me a look with an attitude.. she grabbed not what I had asked for and checked me out.. she then completely ignored when I said I wanted to use my points then she also didn’t give me the debit card charge back like the other workers do when you pay with card. I came in knowing what I wanted and how much I was spending and was belittle and rushed with my own prescription to the point I didn’t even get what I wanted and paid double of what I wanted to. I don’t do confrontation because I’m very small and I felt as if I was to say anything a scene would have been made and I would have been majorly embarrassed because there were max number of folks in the back.. every window was full. She then when still servicing me started to talk to a patient behind me and taking care of them and their online order.. I was very disappointed and disrespected.. Read moreUsed to come here all the time first one on the first year second on the second year, but I've been reading the reviews and this place is going down fast call my you'll always have patients.. But you won't keep them if you treat them badly which is all I've seen on your reviews lately..sad because I know a few good workers here, I deleted a bunch but this is just one incident, on their second day of being open I went of course like everybody for the sales, unfortunately one of the two gram dubs I got was all shake no it wasn't supposed to be shake. Literally said to Gram buds on it. That being said it was disappointing also the GM if you will super anal was looking at a tablet barely moved the thing and the guy grabbed it straightened it I said chill guy chill and I sat down and looked at the menu on the wall I don't like people grabbing at me or things in front of me or anywhere around me at that , there's no reason to be so anal at a place where people at PTSD that being said they've lost a customer for the most part. Anyways before this gets too long let's not forget I was there on their first day!
