Bearded Bouquet — Local services in Jonesboro

Being located in Memphis, TN the stress of finding a florist for my Arkansas wedding was daunting. I came across Zach with Bearded Bouquet and I knew it was a done deal. Customer service was a 10/10 and after seeing my vision come to life on my wedding day their floral work is 11/10. I pestered Zach for months about these wedding flowers with constant questions. Trusting someone who is hours away from you to do your wedding florals is a big ask! But if I had the chance to do it all over again I would in a heartbeat. Zach’s team arrived right on time on wedding day. They immediantly got to work. Each one of them had smiles on their faces and were helping out anyway they could. Not only were the flowers absolutely gorgeous and better than we discussed… seeing the team there loving what they do made it even better. I found out later that Zach stayed behind waiting for the cake to arrive to personally put the flowers on the cake himself. I wish I had more time that day to thank them. Even though It was a paid service, they deserved a million thank yous! It was 90 degrees on my wedding day and they made it work! Everything was beautiful and I can’t think Zach and his wonderful team enough. The customer service, floral artwork/vision and price is extremely hard to beat. I talked to 15+ florists and they were unbeatable. My entire family says my wedding Florals looked to be out of a hallmark movie. Thank you guys...

My father passed recently. This was a tough time and making memorial service arrangements was tedious, but so important. For floral arrangements, someone had suggested Bearded Bouquet in Jonesboro. That's where we went. We wanted a custom made arrangement, and described what we wanted to the representative helping us there. The morning of the service, we received a text with a photo of the arrangement. It was not at all like we had imagined - but they had already delivered it. We texted them back and told them about our concerns...but the service was going to be in just a couple of hours. Bearded Bouquet rushed back, picked up the arrangement and started redesigning/arranging. They kept in touch with us and were kind and patient. They re-delivered the arrangement in plenty of time. When we saw it - it was more beautiful than what we had tried to describe to them in the first place. We had many compliments on this arrangement - the centerpiece for my father's memorial service. I chose this florist as a last resort due to timing. It was a Saturday after noon and most florists in the area were either closed or closing soon. I called to explain my special request for a certain type food basket that I wanted delivered ‘just as soon as possible’ not really expecting that they could complete a special order AND deliver it within a couple of hours. To my surprise, they not only did that, but she (wish I would have asked her name!) also sent me a video of what she was putting in the basket and a picture of the completed project. And to top it off, a personalized text to let me know the delivery had been made to a local hospital. Complete turnaround time from order to delivery was 2.5 hours. I can’t speak of the food items yet as I have not heard from the recipients, but if the quality is any comparison to the customer service, I am sure they will love it.
