Diggidy Dawgs LLC — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Tuesday Dec. 12th Teresa and I were in Jonesboro taking care of buisness. We stopped at Diggidy Dawgs and ordered two BLTS and got some fries also. Let me tell you something, My wife and I were in total agreement that those BLTS were the most fantabulous BLTS we had ever had in our lives. Her being 61 years young and me 63. The bacon was out of this world. The service was also fantabulous. Jeffrey waited on us he is a very nice friendly person. The other three employees were also fantabulous I recommenDiggidy Dawgs a southern eatery to everyone in Jonesboro and every one passing through. If you want fabulous, service and fantastic food thats freshly made to order you need to stop at Diggidy Dawgs. We will be back everytime we go...

I recently visited this location after seeing the August 26th FB post featuring sausage baked potatoes. My co-worker and I placed the order over the phone due to the lunch hour rush. When I asked at the drive-thru if we could split our order for payment, the nice lady asked another employee on instructions since it was her second day on the job. She was told rudely, "We don't have time for that; they need to let us know when placing the order." I saw what I needed to see. This unfriendly response made a poor impression. When we opened our identical orders, they looked nothing like the advertisement—clear false advertising. I understand lunch rushes can be difficult, but poor service and disappointing food quality show a lack of care...

Extremely rude robot taking orders at drive through. NO social skills. Didn’t look me in face. I’m from Houston & she acted as if she was in a rush to get me out of there(even though no customers were in sight). As far as the food…no big deal, even though I had been told how good they were. Asked for onions…maybe a baby spoon dabbed. Same with the mayo. I could overlook the food, but that lady!!!! Either give her some training or get rid of her!!!!! The girl that brought the food out was typical...
