5.5 hours after ordering, getting a phone call to adjust my order because they were out of sausage, calling back 30 minutes after the estimated delivery time to find out where the order was and being told someone had canceled it, then getting another call that the order was out for delivery, calling after another 30 minute wait to be told that they would refund my money & send new food but need to remake my order but they couldn't make one item because they were out of bread, waiting AGAIN for food that never showed up, calling again & being told that 3 orders were marked as delivered by the same driver that were not actually delivered but they would remake the order again & throw in a free brownie if we would pick it up, waiting 30 minutes only when we arrive to pick up our order to be asked to wait because it's still in the oven, then only being brought out 1/3 of our order and no brownie at midnight & being asked to return today, I'm on hold with corporate customer support. No clue how this location stays open if this is the type of customer service they offer! When I told the guy who finally brought 2 half burnt pizzas to my car that I was calling corporate, he was more concerned about making sure I knew the driver's name and that he had only made the pizzas. The apparent manager had left the phone sitting at one point to get paper to retake our order & I got the lovely experience of listening to the other employees curse and insult customers who were also having issue with their orders. I called back to see why it was taking so long only to be told "we are closed" then I said how I placed an order 2 hours ago ,then he said "we don't have any order for you" I said the lady took my order and told me it would be about 45 min to get delivered. I use to love dominos till that happened to me. They need better people working there. And that was 07/25/19 at 10:02 p.m and called back at 12:00 a.m and was told that they where closed and that they didn't have an order for me, but the lady I placed my order with didn't write nothing down for me but she told me that it would be 45 mins to get to me and told me that it would be $45.47. My kids went to sleep waiting on the pizza to get delivered and come to find out that they didn't have an order for me, so I had to go to McDonald's to get them their food.
