If you're looking for the friendliest employees, quickest time, best burger and fries THIS IS IT!!!

Absolutely the best fast food burger I have EVER had EVER!!! It was soooooo thick and juicy. I'm picky about my fries, but these ones were PERFECT!!! Both regular and curly. I always thought Wendy's had the best burgers and Arby's had the best fries, but this was next level. Absolute competition destroyer. There isn't a Hardee's in my area, so this was my first time.

When I ordered, I had forgotten to request it plain. I got the attention of the cashier who responded quickly and made sure my partner and I got the burgers we wanted, despite my mistake. Taco Bell could NEVER!!! He was also just a friendly face. Amazing customer service. Thank you Mersadyze W for your amazing assistance and all the cooks making our food! Amazing team of people.

I don't even think I can say there was a "wait time" because we got our food as soon as we finished filling our drinks!!!

Corporate, this is THE RESTAURANT!!! They deserve RAISES and MORE PTO!!!

Unacceptable to serve food that's burnt. My husband and I ordered the Big Hardee meals. Both our burgers were burnt and dry yet there was so much mac sauce on the sandwiches the sandwiches couldn't stay together. Also this is Hardees version of the Big Mac and it's not even comparable the Hardees sauce had absolutely not one bit of flavor it was just messy and tasteless. We ordered regular fries and both received curly fries and my husband's soda had no carbonation. Total disappointment $28.00 later I wish we would've went...

I visited Hardee's at 1331 Stadium Blvd, Jonesboro, AR 72401 for breakfast this morning going through the drive thru. I ordered a sausage biscuit, hash rounds and diet coke. The hash rounds tasted like they had been fried in burnt oil and the biscuit was over cooked and rubbery like it had been sitting for hours. The attendant at the window was NOT friendly and sniffed over and over like she had a bad cold...just who you want handling your food. Needles to say, my experience was less than satisfying and I will not be...
