
when I first moved to Jonesboro I was thrilled to see that they had a legit coffee place on each of the four major roads here. For a while, things were great and then I begin to notice the quality of taste drop. I think the problem is there is not consistent training or at least consistent following of any training of how to actually do a pour-over brew with the coffee. They have a lot of teenagers working here in the afternoons and I found that my coffee purchases always would come out tasting burnt. When you're doing a pour-over and you have to have the water at a certain temperature or it will burn the coffee. I did notify the owner via Facebook and he was generous enough to give me a gift card to try them again but I have since decided that I would just rather Brew my own coffee and know that I'm going to get consistently good tasting coffee. They pretty much always make my drink wrong (literally an iced americano 🙄) & dude spilled my drink on me. Ruined my white shirt. I've visited Shadrachs a few times since our move 8/20, and couldn't get myself to care for anything I tried. The girl yesterday that helped me, listened to how I'd order my drink from Dunkin, and worked her coffee magic on me a drink that was pretty close to what I'd order from Dunkin.
