McDonald's — Restaurant in Jonesboro

The two stars that I've given is for the ladies that work early in the morning that worked the windows they are very polite very sweet Now the young man that was working the window that hands you your food and he makes your iced coffee he needs a lot more training. He acted like it put him out to make that iced coffee with a little bit of caramel in it when I got it it was awful it was bitter no sweetener and I could not take no caramel. A couple of days later we go through the drive thru and I check my bag before I drive off every time, and I was missing my grandson's chicken nuggets and when I said that they weren't in the bag the lady with the manager tag on said you didn't order no nuggets I said right here is my receipt.. she acted like it pissed her off really bad. And last week my husband went through the drive-thru and got us some of those chicken sandwiches buy one get one half off..it took 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and when he said something about it they were very rude to him and when he brought them in to me they were so smashed and tore up there was no way they...

Mc Donalds in Jonesboro East Johnson was not only incapeable of providing what was ordered, the food was cold as well. I ordered a Double 1/4 Pounder with cheese and paid for that order while driving away and checking my food they had given me a normal Quarter Pounder. Mistakes happen but the second time I ordered a normal cheeseburger, this time I checked the bag and there was a wrapped cheeseburger in it. When I opened the cheeseburger wrapper there was a Hamburger in it, no cheese. Again I had Paid for more and did not recieve it. The service and kitchen Personell are either illiterate or plain stupid for conducting business in such a way. In 20 years of testing restaraunts and burger establishments, this Mc Donalds won the prize for being in last place. So ASU Students, beware the ripoff across the road of your campus, that place should loose its Mc Donalds Logo because it does not meet National or even close to international Standards. ...

Ok so I went twice last night at like 10:30ish and close to 1am,once for the minecraft meal and 2nd to take a friend for some food after work 1st time the lady taking my order through the drive thru seemed nice but as soon as we started asking about the minecraft toys she flat out ignored us,I'm saying did not say ANYTHING, my fries were half filled, my sweet tea was UNSWEET but the nuggets were good ngl 2nd time we went it was the same people I had, we placed our order (big Mac, caramel iced coffee, and sprite) big mac was fine, the coffee had NO caramel which was weird bc the guy at the 2nd window even clarified it was caramel,he almost forgot the sprite but we reminded him and tell me why this grown ass man didn't even fill that shit all the way up 💀 big Mac was fine though If you can't even make the simplest of drinks right you don't need to be working at a fast food chain (coming from a customer service...
