Subway — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Went through the drive through, was a bit of a wait but that’s no big deal, places are busy. We waited about 20 min to order with one person in front of us, this is important later, and to get food, again, no biggie. We ordered 1 foot long 1 6”. Nothing else no drinks, no chips. Got to window, paid, got sandwiches. 2 6”s. Here’s how the conversation went: Me: One was supposed to be a footlong Him: I’m sorry M: … well can I get the other half of my sandwich? H: If you pull back around and wait in the (drive through) line I’ll make it for you M: There’s like 5 cars back there (remember the 20 min for one person part) why can’t you just go make it real quick? H: sorry sir you’ll have to pull around and wait M: So, I was here first and you messed up so I have to wait 45 min to get the rest of my food? H: We are short staffed, only 2 of us here and we have people inside ordering too but I’ll make it for free M: (I already paid for it!) No, like just go make the sandwich? H: Sir we are short staffed I’m sorry. M: That doesn’t matter I was here before all of these people behind me, my order should take priority and you should fix it. H: Sorry sir No. And at that point I asked for a refund and left.

I will never visit this location again. I was treated horribly. Me and my three boys went to eat at this location for lunch today. We each got footlong combos and the bill was around 60$. My son handed the lady a 100$ bill because I was helping my youngest with his order. My son said dad they can't take this 100 because they don't have change. I understand things happen so I asked the lady why she didn't have enough change when our order was 60$ she said I don't have change unless you want 1$s. I said ma'am that's all I have so what do we need to do. She said don't you have a debit card? Surprised by her question I replied ma'am I told her all I have is a 100$ bill. She then asked don't you have a credit card? So obviously this lady either chose not to hear me or just thought I was stupid and again I replied ma'am if I had one we wouldn't. Be having this conversation. All I have is a 100$ bill. She then says why can't you just go next door and get change??? UNBELIEVABLE!!! Why do I have to go next door. It was ok because we went to FIREHOUSE subs and had a wonderful lunch with great people to wait on us. Never...

They had a poster on the wall advertising the new cheesy garlic bread.it was shown with the meatball and the pizza subs, but nothing stated you could not have it on any sandwich you chose. I was using a coupon for ANY 6" for 3.49. So I asked for the new bread with the steak and cheese...the manager told me I wouldn't like that pairing but went ahead SLATHERING the butter mix on my bread. I told her I love garlic bread with my steaks so I think it sounds very good. That's when she told me, "Well, if you're not having one of the sandwiches shown I'll have to charge an upcharge". I got huffy and told her to just give me the asagio cheese bread. My husband couldn't stop laughing, "you're the only person I know who can walk in a place with a coupon, and get charged MORE" The sign didn't say a THING about only being available on two sandwiches....and I happen to LOVE garlic on...
