We had awful service, we ordered 20 minutes ahead and decided to head there, we walked in and said we were here for a pick up order and the girl making our pizza said “it’s being made.” In a very snotty and rude tone. We stayed silent about it and just thought it was rude, but then she turned to the kitchen manager and said “are they REALLY going to stand there, that’s ridiculous.” Then she kept rolling her eyes and looking at us or scoffing. She wasn’t very nice. The manager offered us a free pizza on our next visit and a fountain drink, but never said anything to the girl. The girl in reference is a short, blackish brown haired girl with thick makeup and a scrunchie. AWFUL service!!!

I couldn't believe how filthy and disgusting the soda fountain machine was. It looks like a Bacteria Farm, The ice dispenser didn't look like it hadn't been cleaned in months, so gross. I have noticed the same issue with the location on 20th and Connecticut. If the ice dispenser is this filthy the plastic nipples that the soda flows thru must be just as disgusting. If you zoom in on my pics you can see how filthy it is, even the ice dispenser arm is covered in funk! Made me think twice before I purchased a drink. I have to wonder how clean the preparation area is where the pizza and other foods are prepared.

Stopped at lunch to grab a sub. Not a single person in line, but it took 26 minutes (TWENTY SIX!) to get a sub. And to top it off, it was one of the worst subs I've ever had. Bread was dry and crumbling, toppings falling out everywhere. I ate the meat, cheese, and some of the veggies with a fork, threw the rest away. Just awful. Never again.

I was purchasing gas,mega millions ticket and bottle water, there was a malfunction with the computer for the ticket for mega million and the lady stated that she had a line( which was 2 people behind me.) It's not customer service if a employee tells you to move out of the way cause she has 2 people in line behind me making me feel like I should not be waited on. She should not tell her customer to hurry up cause she has a line she should not be there if she wants to rush customers away,like it's taking her time away, poor poor service ,she needs to be spoke to about how if she is worried about a line building up of customers, she needs help,again the employee should not tell her customers to hurry...

The other evening I had gotten overcharged due to a error with the card reader. I hadn't noticed when it happened at 9:18p.m. the following day I realized what had happened. I went in and asked for a manager. That is when I met William. I explained what had happened and he was aware of the card reader errors. He went in and pulled up my receipt and made it right even though I didn't have a copy of the receipt myself. I have to say I didn't expect them to actually make it right. But William treated me with true respect and made a rough situation very easy. Thank you sir. These folks treat you like a real person and with respect. Excellent...
