Update: I thought we would try this location again after about a yr. Nothing has changed. Still very rude employee, ordered new cherry poppers and they forgot them. Then we ordered (3) 3 PC chicken strips with comeback sauce and received no sauce. Called kfc.com and they won't refund for any promotion items ordered online on their app. So I was only refunded for 2.49. That's customer service in a Trash bag. Worst company I've ever delt with. They actually forgot what customer service is. KFC SUCKS and especially the 7th street location in Joplin MO. The food we received was good.
FYI: Ordered on the app, states order is ready. Get there it's not been started. Then they state it will be a 20-25 min wait for crispy chicken strips. So I say nvm. I'll just take it original. Then I'm told it will all be ready in 2 mins. Then I had to wait on biscuits. 10 mins later, after arriving, I received my food. Hmmmm. Why even order ahead of time. They tell you to come it's ready and it's not started. I asked the lady that was helping me after I received order is this normal, to order on the app everything the way we want it and then told to come it's ready and it's not and doesn't match what we ordered and if we want it the way we ordered it we have to wait longer. She said YES!!!!! Then I asked for sauces, and she stated she put in the bag whatever I ordered online rudely. Boy, she could do that right and not offer even an extra one for what I went through. Then, there was a guy on his phone behind the counter in the cooking area. Customer Service is just not the same. Businesses are so desperate to hire anyone that they dont hire people with great customer care skills. Just wanted to give everyone heads up that they want to order on the app. After being treated like this and spending $45 for 2 people, I remembered why I quit going to KFC and enjoy Raising Cane's šÆ % more. It's sad I was raised and raised my children going to KFC. It's just not the same. It will not be a go-to place for me and my family...

I donāt know if itās because of the lack of care from the employees or what! Our first experience was in the evening a couple months ago, and we ordered through the drive through, and literally paid for our order and they had us pull around no-biggie right, well we waited over an hour and a half for our food! Once we received our food, we noticed items were missing and the food was cold! Waiting an additional 20 minutes to receive the rest of our order! That was ridiculous to start! Then we you know give it a little and decide to try it again but in the afternoon about 11:30 or so today, well this time we ordered on the app and it said 20-30 minutes to prepare but it didnāt take that long to get our food ready maybe 5 tops! But once we got to the restaurant we were pulled around and told to wait⦠well after 10 minutes or so of waiting I went in and noticed that I only had 2 drinks when there was supposed to be 3 and they were supposed to be large and not the mediums that I received, but thatās not all my cups literally had plastic wrap on them instead of a lid, but watched them give lids out through the window⦠reason being is they didnāt give us any honey/butter once we got our order or spoons for our famous bowls! So my husband asked for honey and butter through the window and the lady that was working have him 2 each, I remember when they hooked that up! Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame in again to pick up a doir dash. Again had to call out to get someone to check on the order. Order hadn't even been started. Fryers had been taken down at 8 even though closing time is way later. Didn't have the customer's pot pie. Always an excuse for everything. Again we've had to get in touch with customer to let them know they couldn't have what they ordered. Girl working there first said they had no pot pies then changed it to it takes to long to cook them. Employees continued to say how it wasn't their fault they couldn't meet the order of a customer yet openly stated it was their fault after first lying. Whoever owns this franchise needs to get a crew on every shift who actually cares about customers and their jobs. Especially night shift. Last time we came in they were carrying on and having a good old time and didn't even notice me at the counter. I wouldn't come here at all. No hygiene is practiced and no customer care at all. Not to mention the foul language used in front of us. Please franchise owners make this KFC the way it was intended.

Went to pick up doordash at 3:30 in the afternoon. Lobby was already closed. Amazi g in how poor management an be if they cannot hire good enough help to show up to work. Whoever owns this franchise should cut their losses or get rid of everyone here and start over inly this time actually screen potential employees and maybe actually either pay them enough to stay if that's the issue or do something other than let it be this bad. It gives all KFC restaurants a bad name. We tried it as customers and no way would we come back...
